Considerations
for STRIPED garments
Actual life of a 3M Scotchlite™ Reflective Material depends
on the cleaning method and wear conditions. Some of these
variables may include, but are not limited to:
• Actual use, frequency of wear
• Wash conditions (e.g. wash temperature, bleach, drying,
ironing, dry-cleaning, abrasion)
• Number of times the product has been washed
• Exposure conditions (e.g. chemical, environmental, and
temperature)
• Abrasion
• Age of garment
• Maintenance
• Product placement
• Method of manufacturing
When in combination, these variable and others may affect
the performance of the product.
The Personal
Touch
Do not use liquid fabric
softener or dryer sheets.
Exposure Notice
Exposure to concrete elements can be detrimental to retroreflective striping and hivisibility background colors mandated by ANSI/ISEA 107-2004.
The various elements used in the pouring of concrete (e.g. chlorine fumes, saline from
sweat, concrete dust, etc.) can cause an ANSI/ISEA 107-2004 garment to lose its color
in as little as 48 hours, depending on exposure proximity.
The above should be taken under consideration when purchasing.

Ramstar Mills Custom Screenprinting
Manufacturer maintains a complete in-house art department and screen printing facility. All of the merchandise in our catalog can be printed.
All HydroWick by AmeriTees® garments can be imprinted. Available print colors depend on shirt color. For more information, email us at [email protected].
Our art department can reproduce your logo or design, or we can create one specially for you. We have a wide variety of type styles and we can match PMS
Pantone colors at no additional charge.
Artwork
Orders requiring screen printing must be in writing. Minimum order is 72 pieces per design. Like merchandise can be mixed to achieve the minimum if the
artwork and placement are the same. Imprinting prices are custom printing only, per imprint per side and need to be added to the cost of the blank garment plus
screen charges to obtain your total cost. Nominal over or under runs can be expected, but will be kept to a minimum.
All first time orders are subject to a 50% deposit. Submitted artwork preferred on Macintosh platform in native Adobe Illustrator or as an EPS file. Photoshop
files also accepted. CorelDraw is not supported. If artwork cannot be supplied, it will be quoted upon request. Artwork can be submitted via email, ZIP 100 disks,
or CDs.
Terms and Policies
ORDER PLACEMENT:
Orders should be placed with your
AmeriTees® representative or emailed to sales@
ramstar.com. For orders to be processed in a
timely fashion, and/or to suit the customer's
needs, we request that a ship date and/or a
cancel date be stated with each order. Orders
with "Drop Ship" addresses are subject to a
$5.00 charge per drop ship address.
MINIMUM ORDER:
Orders less than $100.00 are subject to a
$5.00 service charge, except for sample orders
and back orders.
PRICE:
The price list is effective as of the above date;
however, prices are subject to change without
notice. Orders will be processed at the prices
in effect on the day the order is received.
TERMS:

SHIPPING:
All shipments are FOB factory unless
otherwise specified. Shipping is by fastest and
most economical routing and is at our discretion
BACK ORDERS:
Unless otherwise specified, items which are
not in stock will be automatically back ordered
and shipped as soon as possible.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
Cancellation of orders must be
phoned in directly to your A m e r i Te e s ®
r e p r e s e n t a t i v e . Cancellations will not be
accepted for items that have been imprinted,
or for made to order garments that are in
production. If merchandise has been packed
for shipment and a customer wants to cancel,
the customer will be subject to 15% restocking
fee with a $5.00 minimum charge.
RETURNS:
All requests for permission to return
merchandise must be made within 10 (ten) days
of receipt of the order. All approved returns
require a return authorization number and this
number must be clearly visible on the outside of
the box.
Any merchandise sent collect or without
a return authorization number clearly visible
will be refused by our Receiving Department.
Authorized return of merchandise due to
customer error for either exchange or credit will
be subject to a 15% restocking fee with a $5.00
minimum charge and all freight charges must
be prepaid. Discontinued merchandise will not
be accepted for return unless it is defective. We
take many precautions to ensure the shipment
of defective-free merchandise. However, any
merchandise that manifests an obvious defect
due to improper manufacture will be cheerfully
replaced or credited. It is the responsibility of
the customer to inspect all merchandise upon
arrival and report any defective items at that
time. We will not authorize the return of any
merchandise that has been in the customer's
possession for 90 (ninety) days or more. No
merchandise will be accepted for return that
has been soiled or damaged while in storage or
on display at the customer's place of business or
that has been obviously abused or misused. We
will not accept return garments that have been
imprinted in any manner by anyone other than
us.
