Luxury Home Tour provides A Walk In Their Shoes with much needed funds
Wausau, WI (February 2013) – Royalty Custom Homes is proud to present the WAOW Home of
Distinction. This luxury home will showcase the latest in building products and design trends during the
public tour which will raise funds for A Walk In Their Shoes. The home, located at 2104 Talon Lane in
Wausau, will be open for tour February 21st through March 3rd, Thursdays through Saturdays from
11am - 6pm and Sundays from noon – 6pm. The $10 admission fee to tour the home will be used to help
A Walk In Their Shoes continue to bring authors with compelling stories of humanity and transformation to
students and community members in Marathon County.
About the Home
Nestled in the woods near the American Legion Golf Course this beautiful home boasts an open concept
with 4 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms and a large 3 car garage including an extended workshop.
The large and functional chef’s kitchen has plenty of room, and features custom cabinets, pantry, granite
countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The office features a coffered ceiling, the great room a raised
ceiling with large windows opening into the second level, custom arches and columns, and 2 beautiful
fireplaces both finished with stone hearths.
The first floor master suite has a custom sloped ceiling design with a large walk-in closet, dual vanities,

educators who put a very personal face on the current events that fill the
