1. Each dog must be confirmed as healthy by a qualified vet. Vet statements must be provided to the organizer in order to be accepted.
2. Each dog must be accompanied by a handler.
3. If more than one dog per handler, different costumes must be used.
4. Each dog must be in a complete, fully recognizable costume consisting of at least 2 pieces, e.g. a dress and a tiara.
5. All dogs must be in costume within the restricted area simultaneously and remain so for a minimum of 10 minutes.
6. All dogs must wear their costumes for the entirety of the attempt.
7. If an animal cannot be present in the event for the whole duration, it will be
deducted from the total count.

health from a qualified veterinarian. If you are bringing more than one dog, you must
fill out one form per animal.
