Western Derwent Manor Hotel, set in 20 acres
of Northumberland countryside overlooking the
Derwent Valley. The country house hotel offers

A comfortable sitting room with a ‘wood burning’ effect gas stove, modern fitted kitchen
with dining area. Two Double Bedrooms and a Twin Bedroom are located on the first
floor.
Chestnut & Elm Cottages
Both Cottages are One Bedroom – Sleeping 2 Guests
Both cottages are comfortable ground floor apartments with a sitting/dining room with
electric fire with a kitchenette. There is a double bedroom with En-Suite shower room
and WC in each cottage.
Willow Cottage
Two Bedrooms – Sleeps 4 Guests
A comfortable, single storey cottage with a fitted kitchenette and sitting/dining room. A
Double Bedroom and a Twin Bedroom on situated on the first floor.
Sycamore Cottage
Three Bedrooms – Sleeps 6 Guests
