AIR CONDITIONERS PROTHERM - EVE wall mounted air conditioners Specifically developed for mounting on the wall or door of electronic enclosures, the air conditioners of the series PROTHERM cover a cooling capacity range from 330 W to 4.000 W. They are available in the most frequent power supplies, both for 50Hz and 60Hz and conforming with CE, CSA and UL. Most models are equipped with Condesate Dissipator (not available on models EVE03, 04, 08, 10). Common to models is also the “No Maintenance”. AIR CONDITIONERS TOP - EHE top mounted air conditioners Specifically developed for mounting on the roof of electronic enclosures, the air conditioners of the series TOP cover a cooling capacity range from 330 W to 5.200 W. They are available in the most frequent power supplies, both for 50Hz and 60Hz and conforming with CE, CSA and UL. Most models are equipped with a Condesate Dissipator, (not available on models EHE03). Common to most of the TOP models is also the Three-level Condensate Safety feature, a patent concept for additional safety against condensate hazard (not available on EHE03). All units are “No Maintenance”. HEAT EXCHANGERS XVA - air to air heat exchangers When the external temperature is lower than the internal temperature, an air to air heat exchanger for electronic modules XVA serie X-LINE is the most convenient choice. The new air to air heat exchanger XVA satisfy completely the market request by content encumbrance dimensions, very high efficienty of the product and new design. They are availability in 4 models, from 16 W/K to 85 W/K. They are always supplied with deflectors for the outlet of ambient and enclosure air in order to optimize the enclosure thermal management. With cooling capacities from 700 W to 15.000 W, 6 model for wall or door mounting and one for roof mounting, the EXW series is the most complete range of solutions. The 10.000 W and 15.000 W models are built into enclosure modules for installation and optimized integration on the side of enclosure arrays. There are versions for the most common power supplies. The wall mounting units can be installed internally or externally with no need for mounting accessories. All units are equipped with the patent system for recovery and evacuation of condensate (REC). The protection degree rating is IP 55 making the EXW series the best approach when the enclosures are in aggressive ambient air. Integral gasket to guarantee IP55 protection FILTER FANS GNV - filter fans The filter fans of the GNV series together with the filter units GNF allow a simple and cost effective solution to enclosure cooling. Designed for easy clip-on mounting and made out of high resistance, self-extinguishing ABS UL94VO grade, they cover an air flow rate range from 50 m3/h to 500 m3/h. With the supplied filter mat they provide an IP44 protection degree. With EU5 filter mat they can achieve IP54. GNVE - filter fans EMC The filter fans of the GNVE series together with the filter units GNFE allow a simple and cost effective solution to enclosure cooling and high performance in applications where EMI protection is an issues. Designed for easy clip-on mounting and made out of high resistance, self-extinguishing ABS UL94VO grade, they cover an air flow rate range from 50 m3/h to 500 m3/h. With the supplied filter mat they provide an IP44 protection degree. With EU5 filter mat they can achieve IP54. In the range from 100MHz to 1.000MHz the attenuation factor varies from 65 dB to 40 dB. This is achieved by inserting a fine mesh metallic net in the filter holder, the use of special EMI shielding gasket and of a conductive paint on the internal part of the unit. TECHNICAL FEATURES (GNV/GNVE) - Color RAL 7032 gray - Progressive filter mat type EU4 with 90% efficiency, Eurovent classification 4/9 - Ball bearing fans, with a 30.000 hours life expectancy at 55°C ambient - Operating temperature range –10/+70°C - Wiring on terminals TB - exhaust fans The exhaust fan units of the TB series together with the filter units GNF allow a simple and cost effective solution to enclosure cooling with high air flow rates. Designed for mounting on enclosure roof, made out of epoxy painted steel frame and equipped with radial fans, they cover an air flow rate range from 500 m3/h to 2900 m3/h. They provide an IP44 protection degree. For each dimension also a unit without fan is available, for natural ventilation applications.
