Definition: A 5 minute video that simply teaches an end user how to use a

Three steps to getting

Coordinator to your business who

2. A welcome letter and launch meeting to

employees. They can login and take
Learning Moments the minute they sign
up.
3. The Fivel system automatically deploys
email communications to keep your
employees informed about their status
of completion. Your Learning Moments
Coordinator will update with you

consumption model so you only
pay for what you use
Facts:
1. Annually, we will assess the upcoming
needs of your company and determine
a yearly Learning Plan. The Learning
Plan takes into consideration any new
implementations or upgrades you are
expecting for that year.
2. Next we consider any opportunities to
help users with existing applications or
platforms that can create a positive
impact. With this plan we can formulate
a budget for you and then adjust the
plan to fit your current budgeting
needs.
As a general guide, users consume between 10 and 20 Learning Moments
(LM’s) per year depending on the activity of the company year-over-year.
• On average the annual investment ranges from $80 to $150 per employee.
• Deploying new smartphones or a new application can require 4-5 Learning Moments while
a “tune up” on conferencing or Microsoft Word may only consume 2-3 LM’s.
• A user has unlimited playback a Learning Moments once they have taken an LM.
• Learning Moments are targeted so if only 500 of 1,500 employees are impacted by a
Blackberry upgrade then only those 500 users receive the invitation to the LM’s.
• For customers who want custom Learning Moments specific to their business or application
our production staff will map out a design and budget to meet your needs.
