ULTRASONIC CLEANER " HYDROSONIC 70 "
to clean heddles and drop‐wires
DESCRIPTION ‐ Part 1
Easy to use modular full cycle machine that operates through spray, ultrasonic cleaning, rinsing and hot
air drying. The cycle will be done in a single process chamber fully automatically. Tanks for holding
liquids are stored on the bottom of the machine. Used for cleaning of heddles and drop wires. Have
also possibility to install second rinsing cycle with treated water.
Capacity: 5’000 heddles/droppers in 1 hour
This machine has been engeneerd to wash, rinse and dry wire‐drops, healds and pieces compatible
with the characteristics and the sizes of the machine
It is composed in this way: there are two tanks in inox steel in the lowest part of the machine. The tank
placed on the left part of the machine, when you look at it frontally, is the washing solution tank.
On the right side there is the rinsing solution tank (which is smaller than the washing solution tank)
filled with common water.
These two tanks have mainly a containing function, but the washing solution tank (W.S.T. from now on)
has some more function to allow a perfect treatment cycle.
The W.S.T. is equipped with electrical resistors placed and locked on the bottom of the tank.
These resistors are equipped with a metallic shield for their own protection. The tanks, including the
treatment tank and the drying system, are insulated with Swedish rock wool ( Matco type thickness
100 density 50) glued on the external sides, but inside the external hull, to guarantee long temperature
maintenance of water solution.
In the W.S.T. there is a floating level controller, placed on the right side, to avoid the burning of the
resistors in case of low level of water. These are the only differences between the two tanks.

DESCRIPTION ‐ Part 2
In both tanks the water is pushed in the treatment tank by compressed air pressure. This air, by
creating a pressure in the tanks, forces the water to exit from the only place he can.
On the upper side of the two tanks you can see two portholes conceived to allow the inspection and
the cleaning of the tanks. You will also see the loading ball valves of the two tanks.
On the sides of the machine you will find four manual ball valves. They are the overflow and the unload
of the respective tanks. The upper part of the machine constitutes the treatment cabin. This cabin is
where the machine working will be effected.
This cabin too has a level controller, placed on the right side and it has an active function in controlling
the cycle.
On the sides of the cabin there are the two water entrances. On the back you will see the cabin
overflow unload.The piezoelectric transducers are placed on the bottom of the cabin. They are the
heart and the real cleaning force of our machine. On the rear side of this cabin you will see the two
unload pipes, leading to their respective tank, and the pressure controller group. The unload by these
pipes is controlled by a solenoid valve.
The treatment cabin is completed by a cover, which closes manually.
On this cover is placed the drying system composed by a fan placed above the cover completed with
finned resistors.
Particular steel deflectors will ensure the complete air circulation.
This drying system has been studied to allow a complete air re‐circulation inside the cabin treatment.
On the right side of the machine, hold by iron pipes, there is the electrical board having inside the two
ultrasounds board and the controls to set the functioning parameters.
The controls, except the main switch, have been placed on the short side of the electrical board.
