Follow Us Pesach 5771/2011 As Jews we know too well the central role food plays in our lives.Yet each time Pesach comes around, we are faced with a plethora of dilemmas in the kitchen. Pesach takes the concept of food to a new realm. From green, crunchy yet succulent garden vegetables doused in salt water- to the flammable horseradish that spreads like wild fire as the spice burns through the esophagus- or the conglomeration of apples, nuts, cinnamon and wine which makes the mortar-like condiment that holds a sandwich of matzah and romaine lettuce together, Pesach has it all except for one inclusive ingredient: Chametz. Even master Bobby Flay would be left powerless at the limitations G-d decreed on chefs during these eight days of unleavened bread.Yet Jews across the world have managed to prepare recipes for Pesach that are nothing short of divine. Since you may be busy searching every corner and crevice to rid your home of any remnant of this annually banned ingredient, Koshertopia has searched all over New York City, scrupulously searching the streets for kosher restaurants and supermarkets that will enhance your Pesach experience so your appetite won’t be asking the questions Seder night. We are proud to present our comprehensive, easy to follow guide of all the Kosher for Passover establishments in Manhattan, Queens, Teaneck and Brooklyn. We invite you to scan through it and explore the variety of choices and delicious, yet Chametz-free, dishes New York has to serve. At Koshertopia.com - your one stop shop for all things kosher- we take leaning to the left at the Seder seriously.
