GHG - Global Hemp Group
1
There is only one plant on Earth that can provide food, clothing, building
materials, fuel and medicine… and revolutionize the world’s economy at
the same time.
Hemp is the most versatile, efficient and environmentally beneficial
industrial biomaterial known to science. Compared to commodities with
similar uses, industrial hemp can be produced utilizing the least amount of
water, nutrients and pesticides; has the shortest growth cycle; sequesters
the greatest level of carbon – and is unique in its ability to be grown
almost anywhere in the world.
From commercial opportunity to environmental impact, hemp is a superior
commodity that can transform people’s lives for the better, all across the
globe.

COMPANY/BUSINESS STRATEGY
Global Hemp Group, Inc. ("GHG") is a multi-national conglomerate holding company founded in
2012 with administrative offices in Surry, British Columbia and operations offices in Los Angeles,
California. The Company performs oversight and management of a portfolio of subsidiaries, public
and private, and strategic joint ventures. GHG acquires or joint ventures with companies across
all sectors of the hemp industry.
This strategy enables The Company to build a larger value proposition for its shareholders in a
shorter time frame than developing the same components organically. GHG is able to quickly
capture cash flow and revenues from its acquisitions and establish a far greater collective
valuation than the individual companies would have on their own. GHG portfolio companies will
operate synergistically, enabling greater efficiencies, profitability and value through the
economies of scale created when operating as a cohesive group.
GHG will use this strategy to position itself as the world leader in hemp cultivation, processing
and distribution, where it can both ensure long-term shareholder equity and set industry
standards for sustainability and responsible practices.
4
GOAL
To reintroduce hemp as a commodity that will positively impact millions
around the world through economic opportunity, environmental justice and
social change.
VISION
A world brought back into balance: free of man-made toxins, no longer
subject to deforestation and fossil fuel dependence, where a culture of
stewardship for the planet and one another is assumed as a prerequisite for
prosperity.
MISSION
We are dedicated to improving the quality of life for millions of people
worldwide by researching, developing and distributing sustainable materials,
products and services from the hemp plant. Success will be measured by
both healthy returns for GHG and a return of healthy people, societies and
ecosystems.
5
OBJECTIVES
 Establish GHG as the global leader in the hemp industry.
 Continue to develop strong relationships with companies and
management at all points along the supply chain.
 Generate revenues and free cash flow through strategic
acquisition.
 Execute a roll-up strategy that enables GHG to strategically
acquire and spin-off private acquisitions as public companies.
 Expand production (supply) and distribution (demand)
simultaneously so as not to disrupt the global supply chain.
 Set industry standards of sustainability, responsibility and
equitability
6
KEYS TO SUCCESS
 Joint venture with seasoned companies that compliment other
GHG portfolio companies.
 Strategically select acquisition targets based on a stringent set of
criteria.
 Acquire companies at critical points up and down the vertical
market.
 Attract brain power from competition and other industries with
attractive compensation plans.
 Acquire technologies that compliment the GHG portfolio of
companies.
7
MARKET ANALYSIS
 The hemp markets span across almost all sectors and industries; building
materials, human and animal food, textiles, energy, plastics, biocomposites,
industrial materials, medicine, and more.
 The 2013 worldwide hemp market is estimated to be only $586 million. The
United States imports 60% of all hemp produced worldwide. Hemp building
material alone has the potential to develop into a multi-billion dollar industry.
 A massive tipping point is nearing after 75 years of suppression of superior
products that society overwhelming deems as harmless and beneficial to society.
There is a decade of strong growth on the horizon for this industry.
 There are hemp products produced for every person on earth, from cradle to
grave; from diapers for babies, cosmetics, healthy foods and nutritional
supplements for all ages, construction materials for builders, and clothes for all
ages and genders, sports equipment, musical instruments and more.
 New business starts in this industry are on the rise and rapidly building
momentum.
8
Global Hemp Group, Inc. will operate at all along the entire vertical market, from
production to processing to product development and distribution.
9
MARKET NEEDS
Growth of the hemp market requires well-funded marketing and educational programs to
introduce these new products to mainstream consumers.
Hemp has been prohibited for more than 75 years as the result of a smear campaign against
cannabis. The result has been to suppress a superior sustainable technology that can solve
many of the problems the world faces today.
Due to the prohibition instituted in 1937, the majority of consumers in the world are
unfamiliar with the potential this plant holds and the benefits it can provide. Once
consumers are exposed to factual information through marketing and educational programs
they will see past the propaganda, and explore the potential benefits of hemp for
themselves. Once they do, they will become passionate consumers of hemp products. This
consciousness is already emerging, but needs encouragement.
There has perhaps never been an entire market prohibited for over 75 years, but as a result,
there has perhaps never been a market with as much potential. When the tipping point is
reached it will set off a tsunami, and it is coming closer by the day.
10
MARKET TRENDS
Momentum in the hemp industry has continued to increase, in spite of the lack of
available information and regulation.
There has continued expansion of the hemp food markets in recent years, new
businesses are entering the market with new and creative products and existing
producers expanding product lines and entering new markets.
The high cost of importing hemp as a building material into the U.S. is a significant
hurdle for the construction industry. Standards must established and ordinances
updated United States.
Proper legislation and standards must still be established and ordinances and building
codes must be updated around the world. Governments like Canada and China, the
top two producers of hemp, are aggressively moving to establish international
legislation and regulation that will enable the hemp industry to thrive in their
respective countries
11
MARKET POTENTIAL
Exponential market growth is expected over the next 5-10 years. The
industrial hemp market is currently estimated to be in the neighborhood of
$586 million in 2013 and will easily grow to be a several billion dollar market
within 3-5 years.
Ancillary industries will also benefit significantly from this exponential
growth. Ramping up hemp production will be a catalyst for the farm
machinery industry, the need for additional processing and manufacturing
facilities will contribute to those industries, and there are many other
ancillary economic benefits from the growth of the hemp industry. Testing,
monitoring, packaging, distribution, marketing, etc. All of these industries in
the periphery will benefit greatly, which will contribute to the overall global
economy in a big way.
