complete with billiard table, air hockey table and shuffleboard table for your enjoyment.
Windsor Palms provides all of the benefits of your own home while on vacation, with the added
enhancements of a Clubhouse with a gym, tennis courts, community pool, basketball courts,
billiard room, children's playground, computer room, sundry shop, and 58 seat cinema/theatre

Dreamscape Villa is tastefully appointed and decorated to make your vacation easy, relaxing
and comfortable. The spacious family room opens onto the pool, and is perfect for watching your
favorite shows on the 56-inch flat screen cable TV with DVD player and Playstation II - or just
sitting down and relaxing during the day on the sumptuous sofa, love seat or lounge chair under
the gently rotating ceiling fan as you listen to the CD player. The family room overlooks the
fabulous pool so that you can keep an eye on the kids.
Our optionally heated, private and West-facing crystal clear pool, bubbling spa and extended
deck area are perfect for soaking up the Florida sunshine....or sit in the shaded lanai to cool off
under the ceiling fan. It's also the perfect location to sit in the evening sipping a tall, cool drink
as you watch the Floridian sunset over the conservation land directly in front of you. The pool
area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants
should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional
safety locks and switchable alarms.
There's a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a breakfast nook which overlooks the pool
deck, for fabulous family feasts together.
The sleeping accommodation includes a master bedroom which opens on to the pool deck, with
a king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, ceiling fan, clock/radio, 24-inch cable TV, walk-in closet,
and a master bathroom with double vanity basin, bath, shower and separate toilet room. A
second master bedroom also enjoys a king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, 20-inch cable TV,
clock/radio, closet space, and also has its own master bathroom with toilet, shower and vanity
basin. The two twin bedrooms each have 2 twin beds, a nightstand with lamp, 19-inch cable
TV/VCR, closet space, plus a shared family bathroom with toilet, shower/bath and vanity basin.
