counteracts with the pedal push-back control mechanism if an excess

The Lane Departure Warning and Lane
Departure Prevention Systems1,10 monitor
lane markings and will warn you if you start to
drift. If the drift continues, the Lane Departure
Prevention system will ease your vehicle back
towards the center of your lane by applying the
brakes on the opposite side of the vehicle.
Distance Control Assist1,13 looks ahead and
warns you if your following distance becomes
too short. If detected, and you do not take
your foot off the accelerator pedal, the system
will automatically apply up to 40% of braking
power and push back on the pedal.

ADVANCED WARNING Forward Emergency Braking with pedestrian
detection 1,14 detects vehicles in the lane ahead of you, and if
deceleration is required, the accelerator pedal is pushed up and
the brakes are applied to help minimize a collision—or even help
prevent one. It also adds another dimension of security by looking
out for pedestrians that enter your vehicle’s path.
RECOGNIZING DANGER Predictive Forward Collision Warning1,15 uses
radar to continuously monitor not only the vehicle directly ahead of
you but the vehicle in front of that one as well. If the system detects
a potential risk, it provides an audible and visual alert.
MORE SURE WHEN REVERSING Backup Collision Intervention 1,16
increases your awareness and ability to react. As you back up,
the system warns you of approaching vehicles and large stationary
objects detected behind your vehicle and can help you avoid a
collision by applying the brakes.
SOUND OF SAFETY When the QX60 Hybrid is driven at low speeds,
it emits almost no noise. Here, the Approaching Vehicle Sound for
Pedestrians1 system uses an audible sound to help ensure the safety
of other road users.
SENSES WHERE YOU CAN’T SEE The Blind Spot Warning and Blind Spot
Intervention® Systems1,17 use sensors to help alert you to a vehicle
detected entering the blind spot area in an adjacent lane and helps
you avoid it. First, the warning light illuminates. Then, if you begin
moving toward the occupied lane, a warning sounds. The system will
even apply opposite side brakes to help you guide your vehicle back
toward the center of your current driving lane.

ability to reach Customer Care or receive support. AT&T has announced that on December 31, 2016, AT&T will discontinue 2G network service. Vehicles equipped with telematics hardware compatible
for use with the 2G GSM/GPRS cellular network provided by AT&T will be unable to connect to the 2G network and unable to access the Infiniti Connection features. You must enroll by June 30, 2016 to
access the services on the 2G network through December 31, 2016. Services require compatible cellular network provided by AT&T. Cellular network not available in all areas and/or available at all times.
Cellular technology is evolving, and changes to cellular networks provided by independent companies are not within Infiniti’s or Sirius XM Connected Vehicle Service’s (“Sirius XM”) control. Like other
devices that rely on network coverage, once the network service is discontinued, Infiniti Connection services will not function unless equipment replacements, upgrades, or alternative 2G network
coverage are available at that time, which neither Infiniti nor Sirius XM can guarantee. Infiniti and Sirius XM are not responsible for associated costs that may be required for continued operation due to
cellular network turndown (including equipment upgrades, if available, or roaming charges on alternative networks). Certain vehicle services, including Google® compatible services, provided by
