Information on how to redeem this offer forms a part of these terms and conditions.
Offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, ie not available with Smeg
induction cooktop offer – only one set of stainless steel induction cookware per
customer.
Delivery will be made only within Australia.
The promotion is valid in respect of selected Smeg-branded products only purchased
from an authorised dealer displaying advertising for the promotion in store, or from a
Smeg Authorised Online Dealer, during the promotional period listed below. These
selected items are SMEG- branded products –
a) Any Smeg 60cm or 70cm freestanding cooker;
b) A Smeg SA9065XS 90cm freestanding cooker;
c) Any Smeg 90cm C9 series freestanding cooker (excluding SA9065XS and
Victoria series);
d) Any Smeg gas freestanding cooker from the Victoria series or the Opera series
(ALLX-7, A31X-7, CSA150X-8, CSP19-7).
The offer is available to retail sales only and authorised online dealers displaying the
Smeg Authorised Dealer logo. The offer is not available to any multi-residential
project, new homes development sales purchased on a commercial invoice at
commercial pricing, nor purchases of products that are factory seconds or
purchased from auctions.
Customer must purchase the selected Smeg-branded products during the following
promotional period. Smeg-branded goods must be paid in full by close of promotion:

In order to redeem the offer the purchase must be made in one transaction, from an
authorised SMEG dealer. The offer is limited to one redemption per purchase.
To claim, customers must complete the official redemption form (which can be
downloaded from www.smeg.com.au) and send together with A COPY OF ITEMISED
INVOICE AND FULLY-PAID RECEIPT, VERIFYING THEIR PURCHASE. Proof of purchase must clearly
show qualifying products purchased, the purchase price and date of purchase.

be received by Smeg Australia Pty Ltd ON OR BEFORE 31 JANUARY 2015. STRICTLY
NO REDEMPTIONS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER THIS DATE.
The product will be delivered to anywhere within Australia and no goods will be
held after the twelve (12) week delivery period.
Employees and families of the promoter and its agencies associated are ineligible.
Personal shoppers only. Offer is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be
taken as cash.
The promoter reserves the right to substitute the offer with an alternative offer or
product of equal or greater value.
The value of the product offered is at its recommended retail price. The promoter
