RURAL
SERVICES
Since inception of Fresno EOC in 1965, we have been committed to serving the rural communities
of Fresno County. Fresno EOC has a long, distinguished, unrivaled history of services to our rural
communities. The agency has been quick to respond with emergency assistance, touching the lives
of thousands affected by the agricultural freeze, and more recently, the unspeakable devastation the
extended drought has caused. Moreover, it has, and continues to provide an extensive menu of essential
social and economic services as you can see by the following report.
