LOCATION
Our beachfront facility is located inside the green pine forest and deep blue sea and its distance between Kemer is 17 km,
Antalya is 65 km and Airport is 75 km. Wide sand and gravel beach of the facility is 500 meters long. Transportation is made via
bus and taxi.

FACILITIES
Our facility is built on an area of 200.000 m2, based of the Turkish Architecture style, between the pinewoods, inside the nature,
with the highest level of comfort and standards. Our 2 and 3 floored independent buildings are situated between the trees and
are not higher than them. From the balconies of our deluxe pool rooms in 2 floored buildings there is an access to pools. In our
facility there is a giant Aquapark which is built on an area of 22.000m2. Within this Aquapark there are 26 water slides, baby
beach, adventure pool, entertainment pool and water slide pools. Besides this there are two separate large swimming pools and
one children swimming pool for common use. Reception and lobby is located in the entrance building. In addition to our main
restaurant, 4 a’la Carte Restaurants (Dragon, Dalyan, Gusto, Ottoman Palace) and patisserie is available (number of a’la Carte
restaurants may change according to seasonal conditions). Among other offers of our facility there is a Kids Club which is built
on an area of 3.600m2, Quu Spa center, built on an area of 3.500m2, Quu Fitness center which has 500m2 space, internet café,
shopping center which includes boutiques, mini market, souvenir shop, jewellery and watch shop, leather shop, Irish Pub,
Hairdresser and beauty salon, towel service. Our bars located in various parts of our hotel, with different decorations and styles,
laundry service, giant amphitheater designed for night shows, open and closed disco are also available. In addition to these
facilities, in particular periods of day, our medicial and ambulance service stand ready 24 hours for any health problems of our
guests. (Health Service will charged) In our facilities 24-hour drink and food service is available. In all bars drinks are provided in
cartons or glass bottles (original Tetrapack). In certain place and time free of charge ice cream is provided. Between 10:00 and
18:00 at the beach soft drink service is available. In our facility shuttle service, which follows a certain fixed route, is available.
For our sports lover guests we offer a tennis center, consisted of 13 clay court and water sports. At the same time, our facility is
designed appropriately for our disabled guests. According to seasonal conditions, one day in a week, Gala night will be organized
in our resort and our guests will be kindly requested to wear black&white clothes and make a table reservation. Besides, we
have a parking garage with the capacity of 150 vehicles. Mastercard and Visa credit cards are accepted. Pets are not allowed.

DELUXE ROOM
(50-55 m²)
A room contains; a double (180x200cm) and a normal bed (110x200cm),
laminated floor, LCD TV, music channels, direct line telephone (in room and
bathroom), chair, digital safe, 24 hours air conditioning (May-September),
mini bar (soft drinks), tea and coffee set, marble bathroom/WC, Jacuzzi,
shower, hair dryer, enlargeable mirror for make up, wired internet (will be

Contains all the amenities in Deluxe room. Consisted of 2 separate rooms.
In first room there is a double bed (180x200cm) in the second room there
are 2 separate beds (110x200cm). Besides, in each room there are there is a
LCD-TV and a minibar in each room.

Contains all the amenities in Deluxe Family Room and has two seperate

AQUAPARK (10:00-18:00)
We are owners of the biggest hotel aquapark in Antalya which has the largest area (22.000 m2) and various slides (26 slides) like
Kamikaze, Rafting, Blackhole, Multislide slides for adults with total amount of 9 pieces. In addition to them, specially designed for
younger guests, Pirate Ship with 7 slides, 6 slides in Aqua Tower and in the sand pool are 4 slides desined as various animal figures.
Total amount of children slides is 17.

HAPPYLAND KIDS CLUB (10:00-00:00)
Between 10:00 and 00:00 you will be able to leave your children under a supervision of professional team at the Happyland with the
area of 3.600m2 to spend an exciting time at the indoor and outdoor game rooms, professionally designed for kids special play
area(playground), a restaurant depending on the season and the number of children at the property, a DVD lounge, sleeping rooms
and children toilets. If necessary in addition to Happyland services extra services are provided: babysitter, baby car (an extra fee is
applied). A special activity-entertainment complex is invented at our Happyland for Gural Premier babies, children and teenagers
between the ages of 0-17. Gural premier aims to provide parents with an unforgettable holiday with their kids and making kids feel
special as well as their parents. These special guests will be met at our special "Happyland Children's Reception", where the registration
cards will be filled and then special wristbands will be handed over. Of course the secret of success is hidden in our details, however,
Güral Premier is an undisputed leader of the Kids’ club in the region so we can explain main factors below.Our staff is trained under a
supervision of experts. For every age group there is a leader. Special activities that will contribute to the childrens’ personal
development is the concept of Happyland, arts and crafts activities, shows, and events are organized so that children can participate
also. The Happyland building gives everything that children may need which they cannot find in big cities. Happyland has a big garden
specially designed for children use.

Güral Premier Quu Spa, in a 3500 m2 area, consisted of 23 ultra-luxurious rooms, 1 Spa Suite and 2 big
bathhouse, offers Spa services ranging from European Massages to Far-Eastern Massages, from Turkish Bath
to hydro-therapy with excellent expert therapists from all over the world. Within this magical setting you can
find everything that will colour up your beauties’ and life like Anti-Aging applications, blemish treatments,
classical skin and body cares in addition to thinner and medical cures. Besides a sauna, a snow fountain, 2 big
Turkish Baths, adventura and shock showers there are Jacuzzi, hammam, sauna and massage rooms in our
suites which are prepared for our couples and families.

In addition to 13 tennis courts in Gural Premier Tekirova there are specially designed tennis courts for children within Mickey
Tennis Academy. Our Tennis center gives trainings including training programmes for different levels, special children method,

analysis, ball throwing machine, racket rental service through PCT Tennis Center. All trainers has DTB/VDT licences.
