Warranty Information
Reveal Designs® warranties its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship
for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Reveal Designs’ sole obligation under these
warranties will be to replace or repair, at Reveal Designs’ sole discretion, the defective product
or parts; provided Reveal Designs is notified of the alleged defect within the warranty period,
is able to inspect the product or part and receives a proof of purchase receipt. Reveal Designs
shall assume no responsibility for any labor charges regarding the removal or reinstallation
of the products; nor will Reveal Designs be responsible for any freight, postage, traveling or
handling expense relative to the product. In addition, in no event shall Reveal Designs be liable
for collateral or consequential damages. Reveal Designs does not warrant against oxidations,
discolorations, changes in finishes and any lock, latch or other product not manufactured
directly by Reveal Designs. Moreover, these warranties shall not extend to any product or
part thereof (i) subjected to misuse, abuse or neglect; (ii) damaged by accident; (iii) rendered
defective by reason of improper installation or by the performance of repairs; (iv) modified in
any way; (v) the consequence of uses for which our products were not designed; and (vi) in
connection with any wood grip lever installed on the outside of any exterior door. All other
warranties, written or oral, expressed or implied, and including but not limited to warranties of
merchantability or fitness for intended purpose, are expressly excluded.
