NEUERO Disk mill
The mill can be delivered in 3 sizes: SK 2500 with
5,5 or 7,5 kW electrical motor, SK 5000 with 15
or 22 kW electrical motor and SK 10T with 55 kW
electrical motor. During the grinding of wheat the
capacity varies from 500 - 15.000 t/h, depending
on the mill size and the grinding degree.
The FAM mixer can be used for the production of
Compound feed, in particular from coarsely grinded
grain and further powder- like components. By way
of the admixture hopper smaller component quantities can be added to the mixer.
The hopper is added on (FAM series). The mixing
auger is run by a gear motor (2,2 to 5,5 kW). Capacity from 600 to 1.800 kg (600 kg/m³).

The cones will be delivered for silos from dia. 3.58
m until 6,26 m. The cover in the center isolates the
grain from the ground. The perforated cone provides an optimal ventilation over the whole surface.
The cone can be installed into new and also into
existing silos.

The Easy control is a flexibel control for the
milling of up to max. 4 grain components in
max. 4 storage tanks.

The control cabinet of the Manus control is
equipped with a large design foil, on which 32
double strike key are pre-embossed. The placement
of the keys are done in figure eight steps to avoid
unnecessary configuration.
The double strike keys are placed in two rows of
each 16 keys, between those a dust protected flow
chart can be placed. Each key is provided with a
LED, to provide a distinct signalling.
It is possible to install a PLC in the existing
control.
