**KI Summer Camp requests that all campers arrive at 8:30am on all
field trip days. Any camper that arrives after 8:40am will be charged a $15
convenience fee.
*Inclement weather/attendance may result in change of field trip.

Our Staff
*KI Martial Arts Camp has the best staff here’s why:
Both of our Owners and all of our adult summer camp counselors are year
round staff for our After School Program. This makes us experienced with
working with children in a fun and safe atmosphere!

Monday-Friday
* Lunch, snack & a water bottle.
* Swimming suit & towel (Mon, Wed , Fri ).
* Bag or backpack.
*Sun-block everyday. (Spray Sunblock Only, Labeled Please)
*A spare change of clothes.
Thursdays (Field Trip days)
* A brown paper or plastic bagged lunch, non-perishable. Snack
& a disposable water bottle. PLEASE separate lunch & snack.
* Walking shoes.
* Quiet activity for the bus ride.
*Please note a lunch consists of a non
microwavable meal/sandwich, 1-2fruit/veggies,
chips or cookies and a drink. Plus a snack. *

Basic Rules for campers:
- Be a good friend.
- Listen to counselors. .
- Help each other.
- Have patience.
- Keep hands to yourself
Vehicle Rules for campers:
- All of the basic rules apply.
- Children must remain seated at all times.
- All children must wear seatbelts.
- Children must use their indoor voices at all times.
- Children must resist the temptation to throw any object.
- Children are not allowed to refuse another camper a seat
next to them in the vehicle.
-PLEASE NO TOYS FROM HOME
Camp financial regulations:
-Tuition is due during the week in which the camper attends camp. If tuition is not
received by 6:00pm on Friday of each week of attendance, KI Summer Camp reserves
the right to charge a late fee of 1% for each business day that it is late.
-After two weeks of non-payment, the camper will be removed from the KI Summer
Camp program.
Family Pick-up Regulations:
-Families please respect the schedule of our camp by only requesting to pick up your
child during times in which we are at KI-Martial Arts. Thank you

NEW Tween Camp Coming to KI-Martial Arts Summer 2015
Our new tween camp is designed to help children ages 11-14 years of age develop
leadership skills while having fun learning various skills and sports.
Our tweens will be helping our younger regular campers 2-3 partial days per week and
will get to have other activities catered to just their age group such as:
-Lake Michigan Trips
-Drama Shows
-Dance
-Boating & tubing
-Archery
-Basketball
-Sand Volleyball
-Rock Climbing
-Ceramics
-Badminton
-Soccer
-Baseball
-Flag Football
-Teen Self Defense
-Tweens will enjoy camp in a older camper setting-Parents will save $10 off per day from our regular rates-
* Registration fee : $125 per child if registered before March 1st
* Registration fee: $200 per child if registered after March 2nd.
(Fee includes a secure spot in our camp, camp t-shirt, bag, water bottle & towel).
* Tae Kwon Do Uniform ($50) not included in above price list.
**REGISTRATION CHANGES: After May 1st reducing any registration that has been
previously scheduled by 50% or more will result in a convenience fee of $100 for each
adjustment.**
