QUICK PIZZA DOUGH RECIPE
This is a quick and easy pizza dough recipe that you can
make up in a hurry. Makes a nice thin crust.
In your Bosch Mixer with dough hook, or in a bowl with a
wooden spoon, mix 1 cup of flour with 2 tsp of baking
powder and 1 cup of plain yogurt. Knead for 5 minutes.
Once the dough is prepared, roll out thinly (use extra
flour on the counter and rolling pin), let rest for 15 minutes and top with your favourite toppings!
Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes at 425 degrees
- This recipe can be made with all purpose flour, whole
wheat flour or a 50/50 mix of both.
