Registration Information
Spaces are limited and fill quickly! Sign up for one morning and/or one afternoon
workshop per day. Workshops cost $20 for Members / $25 for Nonmembers per
workshop unless otherwise noted. Pre-registration is required.
3-5 Years w/Adult, please note: each child must be accompanied by their own
adult chaperone. Siblings are unable to attend unless they are aged 3-5, are
registered for the class, and are accompanied by an additional chaperone.
Stay All Day with Extended Day!
Take advantage of our Extended Day program and register
your children, ages 5-13, for fun-filled activities. Children can
join early morning and/or late afternoon sessions.
Stay all day or part of the day! Pre-registration is required.

Allow your children to delve into fun and
exciting projects in a Museum setting.
Vacation workshops provide a
creative hands-on experience with
programs for ages 3-17. All workshops
include a visit to the Museum galleries and
interaction with professional artists
and educators. The goal of the program
is to develop important skills that lead to
increased creativity, helping students make
their own work of art.
Morning (8:30 to 10am) and Afternoon (2:30 to 5pm):
$20 for Members / $25 for Nonmembers per session. Bring a snack.
Supervised lunch (12 noon to 12:30pm):
$2 for Members and Nonmembers per session. Pack your own mid-day meal.
Materials
All materials are provided for all workshops. Please dress for mess!
Drop-Off and Pick-UP
All workshops meet and depart from the Museum’s Lancaster Street Lobby.
Please accompany your children to and from the lobby each day.

Art Together: Travel Postcards (3-5 Years w/ Adult)

and record your favorite encounters. In the studio, experiment with
different paper, paints, and shapes to decorate your postcards!

world as you strengthen your skills in art. A wide variety of countries
will be explored.

& individually with a variety of materials.
Treasure Chest (5-7 Years)

Look at decorated containers from other cultures. Use patterned
paper, markers, ribbon and more to create your own unique box.

to create a small journal/sketch book.

that you yourself can wear!
Art Together: A Journey Through Time (3-5 Years w/ Adult)

style in famous artists throughout time and history as we create art.
Discover new and old artists and begin to develop your own favorite
style and creative vision.
Japanese Clay Masks (8-10 Years)

Japanese traditional culture. Learn how to make slabs and coils as you
hand build clay a mask of your own design.
Paper Cranes and More (8-10 Years)

cranes, then your wish would come true. Learn the art of making
beautiful mathematic paper sculptures.
Samurai Clay Armor (8-10 Years)

themselves. Using clay students will learn hand building techniques to
model their own figure complete with armor details.
Armor Up! (11-13 Years)

exhibits in the museum. Students will construct sculptures using foam
core, cardboard, and any other reusable objects that you can think of.
And it also needs to be wearable!
Super Hero Comics (11-13 Years)

such as facial proportion and learn how to create a unique drawing
texture. Make your own comic strip!

of colored paper into amazing animals and shapes!
