You will receive a course binder and pen to use during class. A refreshment center is located in the back of the classroom with complimentary coffee, tea, soda and water. The refreshment center includes a small refrigerator and toaster. You may wish to bring a laptop to take notes and check your email during breaks. What should I wear? A large portion of the training will take place inside the Fuel Systems Training Center classroom. However, some of the training may take place at our outdoor demonstration area and you may be required to walk outside to inspect various pieces of equipment, therefore, we advise that you wear comfortable clothing and appropriate shoes. What is the schedule? The courses begin at 8:00 am (Eastern Time) and conclude at 4:30 pm (Eastern Time). There is a lunch break from approximately 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm and various breaks throughout the day. Note: Breakfast and Lunch are not provided. Are there restaurants in the area? Yes, there are numerous restaurants within walking and driving distance of the training facility. Refer to the list of restaurants beginning on page 6 for a list of options. You also may choose to bring your lunch. Where do I park? Do I have to pay to park? When you pull into the parking lot you will pass “Village Sound” and see the Datanet building on your left. You will see five available parking spaces in front of the building or you may continue straight and park in the middle of the lot behind the outdoor demonstration area. Parking is free in the Datanet parking lot. What if there is bad weather…will the class be cancelled? Datanet will follow the same inclement weather policies used by the Baltimore County Public School System. If Baltimore County schools are closed class will be cancelled. All students will be allowed to reschedule at no charge. Check the Datatnet home page (www.datanetengineering.com) or call 410.654.1800 for the most up-to-date weather related cancellations. Can I check my email while I am at Datanet? Yes, Wi-Fi is available in the Fuel Systems Training Center and you will receive the username and password to access Wi-Fi on the first day of the course.
