Wholesale Information
Thank you for selecting Artists to Watch cards to be part of your Holiday this year! By doing so, you are choosing to
support the work of independent artists from around the world. Please remember that our Holiday Cards are produced
in limited quantities, so order early before they’re gone! We have no problem with you ordering now and shipping later just let us know when you would like your order shipped. We fill all orders on a first come, first served basis, and cannot
guarantee that all designs will be available throughout the entire season.
Order Minimums
Holiday Boxed Sets - Minimum order of 3 boxes per style.
Counter Cards - Must be ordered in increments of 6 cards per style.
For existing customers the minimum order is $100.
For new customers an opening order must be at least $150.
Terms
Net 30 terms are only available after completion of our Wholesale Application and approval of references.
A 2% monthly finance charge will be added to all invoices left unpaid after 30 days.
All first time orders must be prepaid by credit card. We accept Visa, MC, Discover and Amex. Please include the
CVV number from the back of your card. New customers must also fill out the top of the Wholesale Application and
return it with your order, found on the back side of this page.
Holiday Dating
If you order early you may request ‘Holiday Terms’. To qualify, your order must be $300 or more, you need to already
be on Net 30 terms with ATW, and your account must be in good standing. Please remember that ‘Holiday Terms’ are
NOT automatic. You must request them on your purchase order. All Holiday Term invoices must be paid in full by
Thursday, December 1st, 2016.
Shipping
We provide free shipping on all orders of $350 or more, shipped via UPS within the contiguous US. We also provide
free shipping on opening orders of $150 or more for NEW customers! All orders will be shipped UPS ground unless
otherwise specified.
Returns
We are happy to accept returns on Boxed Holiday Cards, (Sorry, Counter Cards and Boxed Sale Cards are not
returnable.) For returns to be properly credited, a Return Authorization Number must be issued. Please call ATW
at 1-800-945-5454 for an RA# before shipping returns. Boxed cards must be in “Like New Condition” (Complete,
unopened, no stickers, dents, or tears) If boxes are returned to us in any other condition your return credit will be
discounted by a percentage to be determined by ATW. All returns must be received by Tuesday, January 31st, 2017 to
receive credit. A 15% processing fee is applied to all returns. We will mail a credit memo once your return is processed.
We reserve the right to refuse your return if any of the above conditions are not met.

The above information is given for the purpose of obtaining a wholesale account and an open credit account with Artist To Watch and is warranted to be correct, and that the undersigned
has read and agrees to the terms of credit hereinafter set forth. Customer authorizes trade and bank references to release information necessary to establish an open account.
The undersigned acknowledges to and agrees that Artists to Watch may utilize outside credit reporting services to obtain information on the undersigned to aid us in making a decision.
The undersigned further authorizes an investigation of credit history and authorizes credit with Artists To Watch. It is understood that any/all NET 30 payments for purchases made are due
within 30 days of invoicing. Accounts not paid in accordance with these terms will be charged a 2% monthly finance charge. Accounts 60 days past due will have Net 30 terms revoked and
future purchases will need to be paid by credit card. A service charge of $25. will be made on all returned checks. If the account above is placed for collection, applicant agrees to pay all
costs of collection, including reasonable attorney’s fees that may be incurred seeking enforcement of this agreement or the collection of a delinquent debt. In the event of a dispute
