RAW BAR
Steamed Shrimp - THE all-time favorite at Howard's Pub!
The Works - For those who love it all, those who want to try a little of
everything, or those who just can’t make up their minds. Includes clams,
oysters, mussels, shrimp and crab legs.
MUNCHIES
Crab Dip - A classic Outer Banks’ recipe blending blue crab meat with
special seasonings. Served with pita chips. Yum!
Oysters Rockefeller - So rich we were gonna call ‘em “Oysters
Gates” ’til dot-com went to hell.
Fried Pickles - Just like it sounds... deep-fried pickles served with
southwest ranch.
BURGERS & SANDWICHES
Carolina Classic Burger - The REAL, North Carolina original –
Howard’s half-pound of lean beef stacked with our homemade chili,
“church picnic” coleslaw, mustard, onion and American cheese. (Have
your napkin where you can find it!)
Cajun Burger - A blackened burger topped with grilled onions,
Monterey Jack cheese and Cajun tartar sauce.
P. E.T. A. Burger - A combination of black beans, spices & peppers that
offers an alternative to that nasty old meat.
Shrimp Salad - Chilled steamed shrimp in an Eastern Shore dressing topped with green leaf lettuce and tomato.
Grilled Teriyaki Tuna - A 6-oz. yellowfin tuna steak marinated for a
day or two and served with our own Key Lime mustard sauce.
Grilled Blackened Tuna - A 6-oz. yellowfin tuna seared in a mixture
of Cajun spices.

Grilled, Broiled or Fried Fresh Fish of the Day - FRESH is the
operative word here as it is mostly caught within sight of Howard's
Sky Deck.
Seafood Platter - Choice of oysters, shrimp, scallops, fish or crab cake.
Char-Broiled 14-oz. Rib-Eye - Hand-cut U.S.D.A. choice steak cut
right here.
Baby Back Ribs - A tradition at Howard’s Pub, these porkers are
smoked ’til they’re fall-off-the-bone tender.
Tropical Grilled Chicken - A pair of 8-oz. boneless breasts topped
with our tropical salsa and a slice of grilled pineapple.
