The solid structure of the basic model, is joined with:
- an advanced preparing station
- an automated exporting station
This model does not use compressed air, all movements are driven
by electric gearmotors, to ensure maximum "readiness" and maximun working speed.
Specifically, this model includes two vacuum pumps:
- a pump operates for the vacuum table;
- a pump operates for the the suction cups of the discharger.
The SKIN-PACK INT-EXT 70x50
can wor at full capacity, without interruption,
using a single operator
Favored by the considerable vacuum and heating power, this
machine can use all common breathable cardboards, both neutral
and with glue, can use a wide range of plastic film, with standard
thicknesses from 100 to 400 microns, both neutral and with glue.
Normally you can use coils of plastic film about 24 kg heavy and
about 55 cm wide, such as Eco Skins, Surlyn, Packlin.

The advanced preparing station
To simplify the loading operation, the operator can place the
cardboard with assembled objects on a special preparing table,
which becomes an integral part of the machinery.
The preparation table is equipped with a vertically retractable
dima and a horizontally retractable bar.
The dima is a lightweight wood frame, replaceable according to
the production set; in the simplest case, it is not used.
After placing the objects on the preparation table, the operator
commands the dima to get down, the machine lowers and
imposes the dima on the cardboard, then the operator checks
the position of the objects and pushes the start button:
- The retractable bar pushes the cardboard with objects and
moves them forward, up to the vacuum table cell.
- As soon as the pushing bar is came back, the operator can
prepare the objects for a new cycle, onto preparation table.
These automatic operations are managed by active safety
devices , which block the movements in case of danger.
In the vacuum table cell, is automatically done the heating of
the film, the vacuum phase, up to the sealing of the objects.
The automatic station with Discharger and Lifter
After sealing, in automatic:
- The Discharger enters the cell and pick up the sealed cardboard, by its suction cups. Then it moves the cardboard
forward, until the cutting station.
- After the cut of the plastic film, the Discharger performs a
second step and leads the package on the unloading station,
while the cardboard slips on an apposite retractable plane.
- The Discharger releases the package, which drops resting
on top of the pile, on board the trolley.
- The lifter with the trolley and the pile drops one step down,
drops enough to realign the pile under the retractable plane.
- When the trolley is full, the lifter drops to the ground floor and
waits until the operator intervenes to replace the trolley with
an empty one.
