Saturday, March 29. STAGE 1 - The Ortega Highway, the Riverside International
Automotive Museum and Palm Desert.
We will depart from Newport Italian and ride through the Ortega Highway, one of the legendary Southern
California motorcycle roads. Stop in Riverside for a private visit of the Riverside International
Automotive Museum followed by a light lunch at Magnone Trattoria. STAGE 2 – We will then
continue on the beautiful scenic Route 74 this famous riding highway crosses thru Idylwild, Santa Rosa
Indian Reservation, continuing through the pines then turning north along Deep Canyon. As the highway
descends to the Coachella Valley area, we will parallel thru the desert dunes of Carrizo Creek before
entering the Palm Desert community, into El Paseo for a special evening dinner with our friends at Piero’s
PizzaVino then on to our destination for the night where we will rest under the desert stars at the Palm
Desert Holiday Inn Express.

Sunday, March 30. STAGE 1 - The Desert Concorso and Joshua Tree National Park.
After a good nights rest we shall rise in the morning for a nice group breakfast meeting before our special
parade tour thru the world famous & elegant Desert Concorso of Palm Desert, a celebration of Italian
and other exotic cars.
At 10:30 From the Concorso we will set off on a leisurely tour through Joshua Tree State Park and
conclude at the famous desert watering hole & historic Western movie set of Pioneer town for a Sunday
western style BBQ.

The price of the package as described in the Registration Form is USD390 per RIDER and USD290 per
PASSENGER in double room accommodation.
Payment for the entire amount is requested at the moment of registration.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Exclusively Italian and Newport Italian reserve the right to cancel this trip for any circumstances beyond their
control. In this case a full refund will be made. Where a participant needs to cancel for any reason prior to departure,
the following cancellation policy will be applied:

3 days or more prior to departure: full refund less 50%

less than 3 days prior to departure: no refund can be provided

All items of a personal nature, meals and other services or transportation not specified in the travel plan are not
included in the price. Services identified as optional.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
To protect your investment, we strongly recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance to cover trip cancellation

connection with the itinerary, transportation, driving, technical equipment, technical support or technical

defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of their possible
liability without fault.

event, and have not been advised to not participate by a qualified medical professional. I certify that there
are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude my participation in this activity or event.
I acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form will be used by the event holders,
sponsors, and organizers of the activity or event in which I may participate, and that it will govern my
actions and responsibilities at said activity or event.
In consideration of my application and permitting me to participate in this event, I hereby take action for
myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows:

International Association of Landscape Ecology – US Regional Association (US-IALE) and/or their
directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents, the activity or event holders,
activity or event sponsors, activity or event volunteers;
(B) I INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE the entities or persons mentioned
in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this activity or
event, whether caused by the negligence of release or otherwise.
I acknowledge that the US-IALE and their directors, officers, volunteers, representatives, and agents are
NOT responsible for the errors, omissions, acts, or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a
specific event or activity on behalf of the US-IALE
I acknowledge that this activity or event may involve a test of a person’s physical and mental limits and
may carry with it the potential for death, serious injury, and property loss. The risks may include, but are
not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, condition of participants,
equipment, vehicular traffic, actions of other people including, but not limited to, participants,
volunteers, spectators, coaches, event officials, and event monitors, and/or producers of the event, and
lack of hydration. These risks are not only inherent to participants, but are also present for volunteers.

The accident waiver and release of liability shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to
the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.
