both a leasing representative and investment sales advisor as well as an impressive corporate tenant representation resume. In 2012, Mr. Emerick was
recognized in the WSJ for national deal of the week and finished as one of CBRE’s top producers nationwide.

John Barksdale joined CBRE in 2002 working in San Diego, California’s North County office and industrial markets. There he specialized in representing
both institutional and non-institutional landlords and tenants in the leasing and sale of industrial, flex/office facilities and land. His team successfully
closed sale and lease transactions totaling over $100 million in 2007, prior to Mr. Barksdale making his move back to Austin, Texas in 2008. Serving
as First Vice President, Mr. Barksdale is responsible for new business pursuits with a focus on exclusive client representation in leasing, acquisition and
disposition of office and industrial facilities. Since joining CBRE’s Austin office, Mr. Barksdale has been recognized in the top ten of the Austin Business
