We have reserved an overnight room block at the Aloft Harlem, a 3 ½ star property just minutes from
Columbia University. If you reserved an overnight room, you should have received an email indicating

If you selected the “hotel included” rate during your registration, NCIIA has booked your room at the
above hotel with arrival on September 22 and departure on September 24 (unless otherwise
requested). Your registration fee covers the cost of room and tax. You will be responsible for all other
charges to the room, including meals and incidentals.
If you paid the locals’ registration fee, the NCIIA has not booked a room for you.
