With DesignLights™ Consortium-approved and rebatable models available, MaxLite's high
performance FlatMax LED Flat Panels, in Edge Lit, Direct Lit and MRI models, are the ideal energy
efficient replacement for fluorescent fixtures in offices, schools, hospitality, healthcare and other
commercial and industrial drop in ceilings requiring only a minimal installation depth. Constructed
with LM-80-rated chips with high-ranked binning that ensures color uniformity and produces
accurate color rendering, even light distribution and minimal glare, the LED Flat Panels are
constructed to provide heat sink and thermal control capabilities, enabling long life and cool
operation for reduced HVAC costs.

LED ROUND PENDANTS
FOR DECORATIVE APPLICATIONS
The contemporary styled cable-hung and surface-mounted LED Flat Panel Pendant features a high
lumen output and an integral driver, enabling a low profile of less than three inches. Compatible
with building controls, motion sensors, timers and daylight harvesting systems for additional energy
savings, the 24-inch Pendant, available in 45 watts in 3500K and 5000K CCTs, is constructed with
proprietary-binned LEDs with a micro-surface optic incorporated diffuser that reduces glare and
offers consistent shadowless light for 50,000 hours. These easily installed fixtures can be hung from
ceilings with three strands of adjustable length aircraft-grade cables creating a seamless ceiling
canopy; surface mounted fixtures are also available.

Designed with the look of a traditional fluorescent fixture, the rebateable ECO-T™ LED Recessed
Troffer is a cost-effective energy efficient alternative to traditional fluorescent fixtures designed for
drop in ceilings in commercial and institutional applications. Unlike fluorescent fixtures which throw
as much as 50 percent light upward, wasting light towards the ceiling, the ECO-T LED Recessed
Troffer effectively projects light onto surfaces or tabletops, and saves up to 30 percent in energy
without any reduction in lighting levels.

Designed as an energy efficient lighting solution for remodeling or new construction, residential,
commercial and hospitality projects, MaxLite's dimmable LED Recessed Retrofit downlight delivers
uniform color distribution and superior quality lighting compared to most incandescent and CFL
fixtures. By replacing a 65-watt BR30 incandescent bulb in a standard recessed can with a 14-watt
ENERGY STAR-rated LED 6-inch Recessed Retrofit downlight fixture in 3000K, consumers can see a
78 percent reduction in energy costs, or $191.25 throughout the lifetime of the fixture.

For use in general, accent, under cabinet, display case, indirect, wall washing and toe kick
applications in residential and commercial environments, the Plug-and-Play LED Lightbar features
a high lumen output and a full architectural-grade diffuser that minimizes glare and delivers even
light while hiding the LEDs from view. In fact, these fixtures are so versatile that they were chosen for
a bathroom renovation on the Bath Crashers television show, on the DIY Network. The lightbars were
professionally installed in three discreet handmade light boxes on the bathroom wall and in a
countertop vanity.

Developed as energy efficient lighting solutions that bolster uncompromising safety and security
in parking garages, service stations, entrances, public areas, and outdoor walkways, and other
outdoor commercial and industrial environments, the LED Garage and Canopy Luminaires are
constructed with industry-leading LM-80 chips and a reflective optics system, which enables
uniformity in light distribution to maintain optimal light levels. The LED Garage and Canopy Fixtures
are constructed with an internal temperature control aluminum heat sink that dissipates heat
created by LEDs and ensures thermal management, and offer continuous energy savings. For
instance, if a 250-watt metal halide fixture were replaced with a 70-watt DesignLights™
Consortium-approved LED Parking Garage Canopy Luminaire, electricity costs would be
reduced by 76 percent, for $1,980 in energy savings during the lifetime of the fixture.

Designed as efficient, energy saving replacements for incandescent, metal halide and highpressure sodium fixtures, MaxLite’s line of LED Flood and Area Lights reduce shadows and create
brightly-lit outdoor environments with ultra-wide light distribution in façades, displays and signs,
general security and landscape lighting. Available in consumer-sized small or standard models,
the line of LED Flood and Area Lights reduce energy costs and offer crisp white light with reduced
glare, for an improved overall light finish. By replacing a 250-watt metal halide flood light with a
70-watt LED Flood Light, electricity costs would be reduced by 76 percent, for a total of $1,329.60
in energy savings over the lifetime of the fixture.

Available in standard and ENERGY STAR models, MaxLite’s line of PARs and MR16s are engineered
with proprietary binned LM-80-rated LED chips that provide uniform color consistency and deliver
high-quality recessed and architectural lighting in residential, retail, hospitality and museum
applications. These energy saving LED lamps use less energy than CFL and incandescent
equivalents. In fact, by replacing a 20-watt incandescent MR16 with a 4.5 watt LED MR16,
consumers can save 78 percent in energy costs, or $46.50 in energy savings during the lifetime of
the bulb.

The industrial-grade Eclipse and Pancake are new non-typical light sources that have a compact
form and industry leading thermal design that enables the bulbs to provide superior solutions for
