Each piece of furniture is handmade with utmost care. We are driven by passion, which
reflects on our work, involvement and individual approach to each and every single project.
New Mono Design does not only stand for furniture, it is a lifestyle implementing itself through
esthetics of the objects surrounding us. It is a brand created with an idea of connecting two
aspects - beauty and functionality - which in the end will help you in creating the perfect space.
New Mono Design specializes in a complex offer of furniture that will adorn any interior.
We carry out projects dedicated for living spaces and commercial interiors that require the creation
of a completely individual design. Each other is adapted to the interior in terms of size and colour,
along with the individual style and temperament of the owner.

Agnieszka Małgorzata Bąk is the owner and main designer of New Mono Design. She
graduated from the Faculty of Graphic Arts in Warsaw and the History of Art at the
University of Warsaw. She took first attempts to design during the studies.
For many years she worked for an advertising agency meanwhile developing her
designing skills.
In addition to designing furniture she is a film set designer for
advertising industry and theaters. Her furniture have been recognized and
successfully exhibited at the prestigious international art festivals: Łódź Design 2011,
100% DESIGN London 2012, Concour Lepine at Foire de Paris 2013 and the
Concour Lepine at the Foire Europeenne de Strasbourg in 2013.

NMD Limited - “Art Deco” Table was made out of a bent structure. The top part of the table is
walnut veneer varnished to a high gloss, the black belt, which passes through the center of the
furniture is made of black veneer. Wood grain which are carefully arranged on the whole appeared
to be a unique figure. It is a perfect gift for collectors who appreciate style and elegance.
Each piece is handmade, so the implementation period is approximately 8 weeks.

“Gropius” chest of drawers refers to the Polish design thinking fifties. It is perfectly complementary for classic and elegant interiors. Also great in simple, stylized spaces. This unique piece of
furniture was made with partially curved structures covered with walnut veneer and then oiled.
Gropius drawers fronts are finished in natural wood colour or dyed in any colour - depending
on the customer’s interior design and preferences. Most decorative element are the drawers of
a wavy shape, also breaking the geometric nature of each project.
The project is limited. The waiting time for execution of drawers - 30 days.

„Lou Wave” chest of drawers was made with partially curved structures covered with walnut
veneer, then varnishing and varnished. Wave furniture’s (made with wood only) decorative
element are the drawers of a wavy shape, also breaking the geometric nature of each project.
Furniture in its simplicity and tasteful elegance refers to the Polish design thinking fifties. Wave
chests of drawers is a perfectly complementary for elegant and minimal interiors. It is a project of
the border of design and fashion because of red inside which corresponds to the characteristic of
Christian Louboutin shoes soles.

NMD Basic - Armchair of the New Mono Design refers to the 60s of 20th century and is a tribute to the
Polish design thinking of that period. These comfortable and beautiful furniture has been designed
with a great attention to each and every detail. NMD 60‚ and NMD HIGH 60’ is upholstered with

NMD at International Arts Festivals
New Mono Design Projects have been recognized and exhibited at the prestigious international art festivals, including Lodz Design 2011, 100% DESIGN London 2012, Concour Lepine at the Foire de Paris 2013
and the Concour Lepine at the Foire Européenne de Strasbourg in 2013.
A collector of antiques was interested in the Art Deco Table at the execution stage, and offered to show
it during the Lodz Design. The project also qualified for the 100% DESIGN in London, which was a huge
honour. After the London exhibition of furniture New Mono Design has been noticed, and as one of the
10 projects qualified for the Polish Pavilion at the International Fair Foire de Paris in the category Concour
Lepine. Then the table Art Deco was presented at the exhibition in Strasbourg, where a private collector
bought it.
