Although he has worked around the world, he has spent the last 12 years in Romania where he has been involved in six projects representing a total investment of approximately 120 million. In 2006, together with two major institutional investors, he established RED to further develop projects across Romania. Nicolae Boiangiu, Technical Manager Nicolae Boiangiu joined RED in 2005 and is the Technical Manager for several commercial centres and residential projects. Previously, he had a more than 20 years senior experience in Romania and abroad (France, Germany and the Middle East) on several large industrial and civil projects. Radu Niculescu, General Manager, RED Building Management Services Christian Grossschartner, COO Radu Niculescu is running the Property Management Division of RED since 2008. As country manager at Cegis for commercial centers he was managing more than 10 large retail centers in Romania before and has therefore substantial experience in the area of property and facilities management. Prior to Cegis he was 5 years Executive Manager production at Pro Design International. Christian Grossschartner has around nine years of work experience in the real estate business. Before joining RED in 2008, he was working for Immoeast AG, the biggest Austrian real estate company also listed on the stock exchange in Vienna, as acquisition manager. The focus of his activities during this time was on acquisition in Romania. Before that he worked for nearly two years at a subsidiary of Raiffensen Bank Vienna, doing real estate development in CEE. Simona Munteanu, Financial Director Simona Munteanu has joined the RED in 2008, after accumulating a solid financial background while working on financial statement audit missions conducted by KPMG. She has a Master’s degree in Audit and Controlling from Université d’Auvergne. While working for RED, she has broadened her financial skills with financial analysis and control activities for Real Estate projects.
