A traditional vacuum still hold the fresh lemons steeped in alcohol and Then pressed in a basket press. The infusion is then blended with juniper before being distilled in a stainless still vacuum still. The flavour is deliciously zesty citrus while still maintaining classic complex gin flavours. We are aiming for delivery by Autumn this year… Koval Gin is a small-batch, organic gin from Chicago's first distillery since Prohibition. A floral and spicy gin that is a great addition to cocktails. Made with a unique blend of woodland spices. Juniper and wildflowers envelop the nose, while the taste is dry, yet vibrant - clean and nuanced by emerald grasses, golden citrus, and white pepper with a round, floral body. Koval Gin 50cl – 47% KOVAL organic, single barrel bourbon has the requisite mash bill of at least 51% corn, but instead of the usual rye or wheat supplement, they have included one of the main cereals of Asia and Africa. Millet (gluten-free). Charred in new American oak barrel to age, millet and corn complement each other, neither. Tasting Notes this duet opens with notes of mango chutney, while the millet renders a soft hint of vanilla throughout. The grains sing with the sweetness of apricot custard. Old Salt Rum is produced in small batches in a 200 litre alembic copper still at the English Spirit Distillery in Dullingham. Triple distilled with sugar cane. Xoriguer is one of the only gins in the world (alongside Plymouth) to have a geographical indication, Gin de Menorca. Unusually, Xoriguer is made in wood-fired potstills from distilled wine (eau-de-vie) rather than the more usual grain-based distillate, and is rested in American oak barrels before bottling. Made exclusively for Flavour at 41% (regularly 38% Gin Xoriguer – 41% Tequila Villa Lobos is the result of a close collaboration with two of the world’s most respected Tequila experts: master distiller Carlos Camarena and Dale Sklar. The agave used for Villa Lobos is personally harvested by the “agaveros” (agave cultivators) from the Camarena Family plantations in Los Altos to ensure only the sweetest & most mature are used. Matured in barrels which used to hold sweet raisin wine. This is a sweet rum with bitter notes. El Ron Prohibido - 40% The Real McCoy Rum is based on the story of Bill McCoy, the pioneer rum runner of the Prohibition era.
