frankincense, myrrh, lemongrass, orange peel with juniper and
seven other botanicals to create a rich,savoury/spicy premium

Each batch is hand made, bottled and numbered.

Au Vodka – 40%
Malfy Gin key botanical is made from lemon peel sourced
from the idyllic Amalfi coast.
A traditional vacuum still hold the fresh lemons steeped in
alcohol and Then pressed in a basket press.
The infusion is then blended with juniper before being distilled in
a stainless still vacuum still.
The flavour is deliciously zesty citrus while still maintaining
classic complex gin flavours.

Sourced directly from the untouched rainforest. Wild foraged
coriander, black wild mint and tree bark are three of the many

Koval Gin is a small-batch, organic gin from
Chicago's first distillery since Prohibition. A floral
and spicy gin that is a great addition to cocktails.
Made with a unique blend of woodland spices.
Juniper and wildflowers envelop the nose, while
the taste is dry, yet vibrant - clean and nuanced
by emerald grasses, golden citrus, and white
pepper with a round, floral body. Crisp enough to
enjoy straight and of course excellent in cocktails
both classic and contemporary.

Koval Gin 50cl – 47%
KOVAL organic, single barrel bourbon has the requisite mash
bill of at least 51% corn, but instead of the usual rye or wheat
supplement, they have included one of the main cereals of Asia
and Africa. Millet (gluten-free).
Charred in new American oak barrel to age, millet and corn
complement each other, neither.
Tasting Notes this duet opens with notes of mango chutney,
while the millet renders a soft hint of vanilla throughout. The
grains sing with the sweetness of apricot custard. Finishing with
peppery caramel, clove-spiked tobacco lingering on the tongue.

KOVAL Millet Whisky 50cl – 47%
KOVAL Millet Whiskey is aged in new American oak from
Minnesota using only the “heart cut” of the distillate, no
“heads” or “tails.”
Unfiltered 100% Millet. Heart Cut. Single Barrel. Organic
and naturally gluten-free.
Nose- vanilla, smoke and star anise to a liquorice
Taste- caramel, all spice, millet grain (not the same as
rye or corn) and slightly sweet
Finish- slight burn/heat, short to medium and smoky
dryness to it

Old Salt Rum is one of the few rums to be made in England.
Old Salt Rum is produced in small batches in a 200 litre alembic
copper still at the English Spirit Distillery in Dullingham. Triple
distilled with sugar cane.

The Bison Grass used to flavour the smooth and fragrant spirit is
foraged in Scotland.

Small batch gin, made in one of the northernmost Scottish distilleries

18 botanicals are used, 5 of which (Rock Rose, sea buckthorn,
blueberries, rowan berries, verbena) are foraged in Scotland.

Distilled in ultra small batches (under 100l at a time) by
husband and wife team in their home in North Berwick
Only 8 Traditional and exceptional quality botanicals are used.
Any batches that don't make the grade are discarded.

batch, homemade production, NB is quickly developing into a
luxury, must have gin brand endorsed by Rolls Royce and
Saatchi.

Xoriguer is a classic wine distilled gin from Mahon,
Menorca, first made for British sailors whom were
stationed on the island in the 18th century.
Xoriguer is one of the only gins in the world (alongside
Plymouth) to have a geographical indication, Gin de
Menorca.
Unusually, Xoriguer is made in wood-fired potstills from
distilled wine (eau-de-vie) rather than the more usual
grain-based distillate, and is rested in American oak
barrels before bottling.

Tequila Villa Lobos is the result of a close collaboration
with two of the world’s most respected Tequila experts:
master distiller Carlos Camarena and Dale Sklar.
It has been created with a purer, more delicate flavour
profile in mind but without sacrificing character and
complexity.
The agave used for Villa Lobos is personally harvested by
the “agaveros” (agave cultivators) from the Camarena
Family plantations in Los Altos to ensure only the sweetest
& most mature are used.

El Ron Prohibido is a Mexican rum aged in a 12 year Solera
System.
Matured in barrels which used to hold sweet raisin wine.
This is a sweet rum with bitter notes.

The Real McCoy Rum is based on the story of Bill McCoy, the
pioneer rum runner of the Prohibition era. In January of 1920,
McCoy was the first to fill a boat with alcohol in the Caribbean,
sail it up to New York City, and legally act as a floating liquor
store three miles off shore
The Rum is crafted by a 4th Generation distiller in Barbados
where they are fully unadulterated with no added Sugars or
Flavourings using heavily charred American oak barrels

Hyde Whiskey comes from Presidential heritage and is committed to
uncompromising quality and provenance.
The 100% malted barley whiskey is distilled in a single distillery and the
casks are treated individually and according to their unique
characteristics.
Small ex bourbon casks are heavily charred whilst sherry butts and rum
casks are gently toasted to retain more of their gentle flavours.
Small batch and non chill filtered Hyde Whiskey retains more flavour
and the craft and patience that go into its production is fully enjoyable.
