We recommend scheduling your treatments in advance of your arrival to
the resort by calling the spa at 808 240 6440. You may also call the spa
at ext. 4949 from your guestroom.

Use of spa facilities is complimentary with a scheduled spa treatment
of 25 minutes or longer. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your
scheduled appointment time to enjoy our extensive facilities that include
a 25-yard lap pool, men’s and women’s steam rooms, saunas, open-air
whirlpools, lava rock shower garden, and relaxation courtyard. Please be
on time to ensure you receive a full treatment. Regardless of start time,
treatments will end at the scheduled time to ensure other guests receive
their full treatment.
A locker, robe, slippers and bath amenities will be provided for you upon arrival.
In consideration of other guests we ask that all cellular phones and pagers
be turned off while at the spa.

The minimum age for spa guests and services is 14 years old, though
younger guests may enjoy our salon services, when accompanied by an adult.
cancellation
As a courtesy to our guests and therapists, we require 4 hours notice if
you must change or cancel your spa reservation. Cancellations made less
than four hours prior to your service will be charged the full service fee.
gratuities
For your convenience, an 18% service charge will be automatically added
to the cost of your services to include gratuity for your spa therapist and
support services. Please feel free to make an adjustment based on the
service you experienced. A portion of the service charge is used to pay for
costs or expenses other than wages and tips for employees.
