you’ll find all the relevant information
regarding the preparation of your
Gym & Outdoor dream week.
More than 1500 athletes and

RULES!
LOST and FOUND
During the week, all lost and found items will be kept at the Camp
Boute-en-Train Reception Desk so they can easily be retrieved.
Please tag all your items with your name (clothing, gear, etc) as
they will not be returned to you upon your departure.
All unclaimed items will be donated to local charities.
**We (The Camp) are not responsible for any lost items**
STOLEN ITEMS
Please do not bring any valuables to Camp. No cells, laptops,
jewelry etc. A locker will be at your disposal in order to minimize
the risks. Don't forget your lock!

SECURITY
Fingernails you were not born with are off limits as well.
No resin, silk, acrylic or glue-on is permitted.
Make sure to trim your nails properly (rather short) to
prevent any injuries. Spaghetti straps are also forbidden.

LEON EXPLAINS
As of 3 PM, the coaches will accompany you for your first visit of our world
class famous “Chameleon” training facility. You will view the different stations
and meet their respective trainers. You will also have the opportunity to
discuss your specific goals and needs as well as aspects of your training that
you would like to improve during your week at Camp.The coaches will
supply you with prevalent details pertaining to the general and more specific
unfolding of your daily training program. If you have any questions, now’s
the time to ask!

As soon as all the groups finish touring the “Chameleon”,
you will then meet with our camp Counselors.
The counselor’s will divided you into groups. You will tour all the
activity centers that you will be attending all through the week.
The Counselors will brief you on the safety rules to be observed
during your stay and will explain how to register for the different
activity.
At the end of the day, you should get in a good night’s sleep
because your training starts tomorrow morning.

GYMREP Camp is not only a training Camp but an Outdoor
Facility as well. It is compulsory to participate in these activities
supervised by the counselors.
ATTENDANCE will be taken at each activity.

IMPORTANT: All through training sessions,
you should drink lots of water because the
weather can get real hot and you need to drink a whole lot!
Remember, a hydrated “camper” is a happy “camper!”
AnImAtIon
CREAM PIES
Thursday evening is the most awaited and coveted evening of all!
All through the week, you can earn tickets to participate in this ZANY
evening. On cream pie night, you’ll be able to pick the coach of your
choice and try to “pie” him or her straight in the face. If you happen
to miss your target though, you just may wind up
with pie on your face…
optIons
These specialized Option + Clinics are offered to you upon arrival
when you sign in. You may also add on extra clinics during the week.
Option + Clinics are extra training sessions that last an hour, in the
evening, under the supervision of several coaches.
The ratio is 1 coach to 5 athletes.
These clinics enable you to learn or improve precise movements
in restrained groups. Option + Clinics are given in the evenings,
from Sundays through Thursdays.The FEE for an Option + Clinic
is of 25$
** PS : To add Options + Clinics to your week, we need one of your
parent's authorization at your arrival at camp.
PRIVATE LESSONS
If you require a private one on one type of clinic, these are given
during the afternoon. You can work with the coach of your choice.
It’s all about YOU for the entire hour. Lessons are given from
Monday to Friday, in the afternoon.
The FEE for private lessons is OF 75$
Private lessons for the flying trapeze are also available

For your convenience, we have prepared
a list of what should be included in your
travel bag.
COMPULSORY:
• Your health insurance card
• All your prescription meds
• 1 large Ziploc bag (serves as an ice pack)
• 1 face-cloth or hand towel for the ice
• Energy, Enthusiasm, Good Will and a very Positive
Upbeat Attitude!
FOR YOUR ROOM:
• 1 sleeping bag
• 1 pillow with case
• 2 bath towels and 2 face-cloths
• 1 laundry bag for dirty clothes (not plastic/humidity)
• 1 combination padlock
• 1 sundries bag (shampoo, toothpaste and brush,
deodorant, soap, floss etc)
DON’T FORGET…
• Your hand guards
• Sunscreen
• Insect repellent
• Pencil and paper
• Your water bottle

Please tag all items with your name; a lost tagged item is
easily returned to its owner.
Upon arrival, you will be assigned a locker for your daily training
sessions under the “CHAMELEON”.
