Sheraton Maui’s newest hot spot, Black Rock Lounge,
specializes in craft cocktails, small production beers
and wines and island inspired creative cuisines. Black
Rock Lounge invites spirit and brew enthusiasts,
foodies, and friends to discover a new twist on an old
favorite. Friday and Saturday evenings offer a latenight hot-spot with spinning DJs, themed nights and
extended hours.
Hank’s Haute Dogs’ first beach front and pool side
Maui location opened with rave reviews. Sheraton
Maui Resort & Spa collaborated with innovative
restaurateur Henry “Hank” Adaniya to bring nationally
acclaimed Hank’s Haute Dogs to the Sheraton Maui
Resort & Spa. The beach front Maui location features
some of Hank’s most popular ‘dogs’ including the
Portuguese sausage Hawaiian dog as well as the
Chicago dog and signature dipping sauces. “Hank’s
is about never tasting winter again, life on the beach,
dog in hand”, explains Hank. “It’s gourmet fine dining
infused in a grab’n’go concept.” The Ka’anapali Beach
location at Black Rock offers beachgoers a local
favorite and an award winning gourmet dog.
Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa’s culinary team launched
the first in a series of Black Rock Dinner and Farm
Series interactive dining experiences with it’s feature
of the Maui Dragon Fruit Farm. Led by the Executive
Chef Greg Gaspar and Sous Chef Les Barayuga,
guests enjoyed a five course dinner in Black Rock
Kitchen featuring Maui grown ingredients along with
hand-selected wine pairings and a talk story session
with the chefs. The following morning, guests take a
private tour the featured farm to see firsthand how the
farm operates. The farm tour continued with a cooking
demonstration and gourmet lunch in the field.
