2015 is gearing up to be a GREAT year here at the Saratoga Resort
and Spa--especially as we have been recently recognized as the
2014 Saratoga-Platte Valley BUSINESS OF THE YEAR! We love
our members and customers and are committed to providing
exceptional service, excellent food, tasty craft beer and an authentic
western experience to all who visit our resort.
What’s new? With the arrival of winter, we are now offering a
Weekend Brunch, snowmobile and winter equipment rentals,
Mid-Winter Spa Specials, and a Couple’s Massage spa treatment
throughout February!
Additionally there are several upcoming events, including the
annual SNOWY RANGE POKER RUN on Saturday, February 7,
2015. This all-day event is open to the public, even to those that
don’t snowmobile. (Poker hands can be purchased at the front desk
between 5pm and 7pm for a chance to win the $500 Grand Prize
and additional prizes.) Proceeds from this event benefit the Platte Valley
Search and Rescue. Thank you to all of the event sponsors: Shively

Valentine’s Dinner
Woo your Sweetheart at the Saratoga Resort and
Spa. Our specially prepared Valentine’s Dinner
Menu is available Friday, February 13th through
Sunday, February 15th, from 5pm to 9pm. Choose
from a variety of gourmet entrees: New York Strip,
Maine Lobster, Brioche and Crab Crusted Alamosa
Bass, Pan Roasted Duck Breast and more. Entrees
include an appetizer duet plate of Blue Crab
Cake and Seared Yellow Fin Tuna and a choice
of Strawberry Spinach Salad or Blue Point Oyster
Chowder. Plus assorted Dessert Creations from
our Master Pastry Chef. Reservations suggested.

Cajun Boil...Ayee!
Join us Friday, February 20th for a
traditional Mardi Gras Cajun Boil Dinner,
complete with Zydeco and Creole Music.
Dinner features Louisiana crawfish, housemade spicy sausage, red potatoes, and corn
on the cob. Pairs well with several of our
craft beers on tap in the Snowy Mountain
Pub and Brewery. Y’all come!
