The original, foldable, virtually collapsible water bottle holds up to 16 ounces, yet can
fold up in a small roll or lay flat in a briefcase or backpack. Designed to meet FDA
requirements, it includes a retail-like header card (as illustrated) with all pertinent
use and cleaning information (it’s top-rack dishwasher safe), and includes a onecolor imprint on the front, along with a write-on area for personal identification. The
removable cap has a thoughtfully placed retainer strap, so the mouthpiece can be
kept covered. These are available in the three most popular colors, and include an
attached, color-coordinated carabiner. Reusable, these are more eco-friendly and

Artwork should be sent to the address below.
ARTWORK is expected to accompany all orders and if sent
electronically, should be sent via e-mail to [email protected].
Be sure to reference your company name and purchase order
number in the subject line, and include full contact information
in the e-mail. If providing camera-ready artwork on paper, add
$35.00 (V) for scanning and digitizing. Electronic files must be
sent in Mac or PC Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or EPS (.eps) format, with
vector artwork (lines & shapes). Please outline all fonts used.
Always send a fax or hard copy of electronic artwork for factory
proofing purposes. Any required artwork conversions, special art
manipulation or design services are at additional cost and will be
quoted upon request.
PROOFS and PROOF APPROVALS - Virtual proofs are provided at
no charge. Proof approvals must be signed and returned electronically
or via fax, to ensure timely shipment. We cannot accept verbal
approvals.
PRODUCTION TIME - Production time shown in item description is
calculated from the time we receive the signed proof approval.
RUSH ORDERS - For special events or time-critical orders, please
contact factory. Additional charges may apply.
PRICING - All items in this catalog are priced per each in U.S. currency
and unless otherwise stated, are F.O.B. factory in New Jersey.
IMPRINTING - All prices include one color / one location pad or
screen printed logo, unless otherwise specified.
• The following PMS colors are standard for screen and pad
printed items: white; black; green #347; royal blue #072; reflex
blue; light blue #279; violet #267; burgundy #208; warm red
#186; orange #021; dark yellow #109; hot pink #225; grey #426;
silver #877; gold #872. • For other PMS colors, there will be an
additional charge of $35.00 (V). Please note that a PMS color
may not reproduce exactly on a colored surface (other than
white). • For each additional color or location imprint, add $0.35
(V) per piece, plus an additional set-up charge of $55.00 (V).
• Items with label decoration include full color process, though
exact PMS matches are not available.
• Laser-engraved items include one location decoration.

SALES TAX - All shipments are subject to applicable sales tax unless
a current resale certificate is either submitted with order or on file at
the factory.
CANCELLATIONS - Costs incurred for artwork, plates, composition
and any completed work prior to cancellation will be invoiced.
RETURNS AND ADJUSTMENTS - All claims must be filed within
30 days of shipment. Any merchandise returns must be authorized
by factory, in advance. Due to the nature of some perishable items
(including those with batteries or ink), we will warranty reasonable
functionality for 90 days. Warranty claims must be made immediately
upon discovery.
SPECIAL NOTES - Some illustrations may be shown with optional
extras, which are available at additional cost, per item descriptions.

factory for any patent, copyright or trademark infringements.
RIGHTS TO PROMOTION - Factory reserves the right to use all
products in our advertising and displays unless otherwise notified in
writing at the time of order.
SHIPPING - Factory will determine best way unless otherwise
specified on purchase order. Shipping estimates are provided as an
accommodation, but are not binding, and shipping costs will be billed
at the rates prevailing at the time of shipment.
• Drop shipments and split shipments - Add $5.00 (G) plus the
cost of freight and handling
• Wrong address and residential address surcharges Any charge-backs by freight company will be billed plus an
administrative fee of $10.00 (G) per occurrence.
• Third party billing - Add $7.00 (G) per shipment
• Insurance - Shipping charges will automatically include an
insurance component designed to provide loss and damage
replacement coverage.
• Foreign Shipments - Preparation of required export
documentation will incur a charge of $35.00 (G) each plus the
cost of all certificates of origin, etc.
QUOTES - Please contact factory for any custom or large quantity
quotes. Only written quotes will be honored.
RE-STOCKING and RE-WORKING - Any unprinted merchandise
that is returned will be subject to a re-stocking fee of 20%, and must
be in saleable condition and in original packaging. Re-working of
products misprinted due to customer error, in some cases may be
cleaned and re-printed. Please add $0.25 (G) per piece for cleaning,
plus appropriate printing charges. Contact factory for further details.
