The joining of components by the Electron Beam welding process eliminates fasteners, saves significant structural weight, speeds assembly time, and reduces costs. THE PART ON THE RIGHT INITIALLY WAS CONCEIVED AS A MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY REQUIRING NUMEROUS FASTENERS & OVERLAPPING JOINTS WHICH ADDED WEIGHT AND ASSEMBLY TIME.
