Items may also differ from pictures in catalog. TERMS Normal terms for Washington Pottery Company are as follows: net 30 days from date of invoice, on approval of credit. Terms are COD where credit has not been established. Unpaid late balances over 30 days will be charged 1.5% per month or 18% per year. Special orders are subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit. NSF checks will be charged $20.00. RETURNS Merchandise cannot be returned without prior authorization from our office. A restocking charge of 15% plus applicable freight charges will be incurred on all returned items. If you encounter shortages or breakage in your shipment the following terms and conditions apply. Shortages: ALL SHORTAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HRS. Credit memos for shortages will be issued by our office. Please do not deduct items from the invoice. Concealed Damage: Should damage of merchandise be discovered while unpacking, call us immediately!! Claims must be received within 48 hours. Pictures of excessive damage are required.
