but we want to make your celebration event better. The Hard Rock All Inclusive Collection is
pleased to offer the happy couples with great incentives when you book a group*.
5 - 9 rooms or 15 room nights = 1 cocktail (function areas are assigned upon availability with the onsite wedding
planner and confirmed upon arrival)
10 - 19 rooms or 30 room nights = 2 complimentary nights + 1 cocktail (function areas are assigned upon
availability with the onsite wedding planner and confirmed upon arrival)
20 - 24 rooms or 60 room nights = 4 complimentary nights + 1 private function
25 + rooms or 75 room nights = 7 complimentary nights + unlimited private functions + 1 room upgrade for the
bride and groom to the next available room category (Subject to space and availability of the resort)
*Function area will be assigned upon availability and confirmed upon arrival.
**Complimentary nights will be credited through group contract post travel. Applies to all wedding collections &
complimentary package for groups booked with a signed group contract & specific number of rooms.

• Bride and Groom are required to arrive at the Resort three (3) business days prior to the ceremony.
• Administrative / Government fee of $500.00 will be applied to all civil ceremonies performed by a Justice of the Peace in addition to collection
cost.
• Catholic Administrative fee of $500.00 will be applied to all Catholic ceremonies performed by a Catholic Priest in addition to collection cost.
Catholic weddings are performed in English.
• Complimentary Package does not apply if requested onsite.
• Symbolic weddings are not legally binding ceremonies.
• Depending on selection of requested flowers, additional costs may apply. Please note our onsite flower selection highly depends on the time of
year as well as our weekly floral imports. Certain flowers may not be available.
• Couples will be able to open their Bridal Registry once the wedding has been confirmed. Within the Registry, couples may choose from
flowers, wedding decor, tours, golf and spa treatments for the celebration to follow. Couples will be able to provide their bridal registry link to all
their guests. Couples may also personalize their own wedding site uploading their engagement pictures, favorite songs and many more.
• Wedding cake included in our collections will be customized for number of guests attending ceremony.
• In case of inclement weather, bubble display presentation will not be extended (available only at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana). No
credits will be adjusted.
• Four bottles of champagne are included in the Complimentary and The Colin Cowie Weddings Collection.
• Musician’s selection is subject to availability.
• Décor included in the wedding collections will be extended exclusively for the ceremony.
• One dinner reservations at selected restaurants up to 30 guests. If you have more guests, a private function can be purchased.
• Depending on photography package chosen, it may take up to 3 weeks to receive. If the couple purchases one of the photography packages, the
onsite photographers will be able to provide a CD with your images.
• Upon check-in, couples are required to proceed towards the Honeymoon desk in order to reconfirm their honeymoon package amenities.
• No personal checks will be accepted at the resort.
• Additional charge will apply for extra chairs and linens.
• All items will be non-refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to ceremony.

• Bride and Groom are required to arrive to the Resort (3) business days (Monday through Saturday) prior to the ceremony for Civil
Ceremonies. For Vallarta Palace, Bride and Groom must arrive (4) business days prior to the ceremony. For Symbolic
Ceremonies, bride and groom must arrive to the resort (2) business days prior to the ceremony. Arrival must be before 12 noon in order
to consider day of arrival as a complete business day.
• Administrative / Government fees of $300 USD will be applied to all civil ceremonies performed by a justice of the peace in addition to

for all Catholic Wedding preparations. Therefore, please check with your local parish priest to find out what your dioceses requires for Catholic
Weddings.
Once all requirements have been completed, your local church will provide you with a completion letter that must be presented at the resrot.
IMPORTANT: The priest has final say on granting offical permission for the wedding to move forward after seeing the paperwork. Hard Rock Punta Cana

Wedding passes for 2012: $93.00 USD per person, per day and must be purchased for guests not staying at the
hotel. Wedding passes are not guaranteed for purchase only on ceremony date. The Resort will only allow the
purchase of wedding passes up to a maximum of 20% of the total number of guests. Example: If you have 20 guests,

Wedding passes are subject to availability depending on the occupancy level of the resort. Guest purchasing a wedding pass must exit the property by 11:00pm. No exceptions can be made.
Outside vendor services (florists, decor companies, audio visual companies, entertainers, etc.) are not permitted on
premises. Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana, Cancun Palace and Vallarta Palace will provide our couples with a
variety of in-house services to choose from.
