EdmoLift is one of Europe’s largest manufacturers and supplier of scissor lift tables, pallet handling
products and material handling aids. Our products have been successfully installed into companies
of all sizes, in all industrial sectors including manufacturing, packaging, processing, healthcare and
research for 50 years!
The company was established 1964 by engineer Torbjörn Edmo and is located in Sweden. EdmoLift
operates from modern facilities incorporating our manufacturing, servicing, R&D and sales
departments together with extensive warehousing facilities. Sales offices are spread across Europe
and distributors can be found all around the world. Our skilled team of personnel can provide fast
responses in order to achieve the best ergonomic solution for your lifting and handling needs.
Our products
We have more then 150 standard models in our product range with capacities ranging from 65 kg up
to 30 000 kg. Many solutions are custom built according to our customer’s needs.
At EdmoLift, developing new products and improving existing models is an important part of the daily
work. We have products that are absolutely unique and have approved worldwide patent for their
design and constructions.
Almost all of our products are manufactured at our facility in Härnösand, Sweden.
All machines are CE-Marked and comply with European Norms and Standards, for
example the lift table standard EN 1570-1.
Spare parts for all standard models are kept in stock for same day despatch.
Large in-house lift table stock for immediate delivery.
Numerous options such as turntables, load flaps, bellows, handrails and roller conveyor are
available for our lift tables and lift trolleys to meet our customers every requirement.
Equipment can be custom built to suit the customer’s application.
Plug and Play electrical system – compact and easy to use
Our lift tables are equipped with the unique electrical system UC-60. The UC-60 is developed
in-house and gives great benefits for our customers because its simplicity when it comes to
connect accessories to our products.
The UC-60 electrical system has M12-connectors for easy connection of a wide range of
Plug and Play accessories, such as control units, sensors, cables, inductive switches and a
variety of other devices. The Plug and Play technology makes it possible to connect and
replace accessories with out the use of an electrician; this is totally unique in our trade.
M12 connectors
The UC-60 standard control unit has a built in buzzer function which makes it easy to determine
if the accessory is correctly installed. When a new accessory is installed; you get feedback
with various sounds to confirm if the installation was successful or not. One benefit of this is
the possibility to get quick remote support via the telephone instead of waiting for a support
technician.
There is no need to open the electric box when installing new accessories and the UC-60 gives
you a lean supply chain for electrical systems and spare parts since it’s the same equipment for
most applications.

The products in our T and C-series
Models that start with the letter T are T-series products; models starting with C are C-series products.
The lift tables in our T-series - including electric- and hydraulic systems - are completely manufactured in Sweden and of the absolute
best EdmoLift quality. For example almost all models in our T-series are constructed with cold finished rectangular profile scissor arms
to provide the absolute best lateral stability. The T-series models can be customized to suit your needs and requirements and are ideal
for use in intensive and demanding operational conditions; T-series have a broad range of accessories.
The C-series are our affordable range of scissor lifts; the products are manufactured in China according to our designs but
assembled and controlled at our facility in Sweden. The products are also equipped with our Swedish electric- and
hydraulic systems. The models in our C-series can’t be customized but can be equipped with a range of accessories.

ARZ-Armlifts for taxi-trains
The ARZ Armlift has been developed in close cooperation between EdmoLift
and one of Europe’s leading automotive manufacturers. The objective was
to develop a lifting device for efficient, profitable and ergonomic materials
handling in their fork lift truck-free environment. Every year, fork lift trucks
are the cause of a great number of industrial accidents and are also, from a
lean perspective, an unprofitable way of transporting material. Taxi-trains,
on the other hand, are a more efficient and safe way to transport materials.
Its extremely compact design means that
most standard taxi-train trolleys can work in
conjunction with the ARZ Armlift.
Its stepless height and tilt adjustment provides
great flexibility in presenting the material
individually for each operator.
Its modular design provides great flexibility for
solutions that meet different needs.
Taxi-trains pull several trolleys with materials which can then be unloaded
at the respective operator’s workplace. The Armlift easily and steplessly lifts
the trolley and presents the material to the operator in an ergonomic and
convenient way at an individual working height and working angle.
The ARZ Armlift is a new and patented product with cutting edge design,
which provides unique opportunities to streamline the flow of materials
in a safe and ergonomic way.

Pallet Leveller - PL 2002
With integrated turntable and automatic levelling, both up and
down, the table does not require installation or a power source.
The pallet leveller features a pneumatic bellow that adjusts the
pressure to the load to be handled, so that the goods are always
at the right picking height. The 1110 mm turntable holds a EUR-pallet that can be rotated simply and
easily. This means that the operator does not need to bend or walk around the pallet to load or unload
it. The table handles weights between 150 - 2000 kg, depending on the air pressure.

AIR - work off the ground safely and easily
AIR is a compact mobile work platform in a modern design.
AIR is easy to use, it rolls freely and easily passes through a standard doorway. This work platform
works well in tight spaces and can lift a person with tools and load up to working heights of 5 metres.
AIR minimises the risks of working from long ladders, stepladders, etc. The product is ideally suited
for public areas such as hospitals, shopping centres, stores and offices, but also works well in
engineering and production facilities.

Accessories for lift tables and their location
There are a variety of accessories for EdmoLift’s products that add value to your investment.
The following pages contain illustrations of the most common accessories that our products can be enhanced with.
There are some important issues that should be considered in the selection and location of the accessory and the lift
table environment.
Will the lift table be person carrying?
Will the lift table be used very intensively?
Will the lift table be installed in a pit?
Will extra safety features be required around the lift table?
Will the platform be driven over in its lowered position?
Will the lift table need to be moved?
Will the lift table be installed outdoors or indoors?
Will load on the platform have to be turned?
HD-execution for tables in intensive operation
The standard version of lift tables will provide good and long-lasting function in ”normal” operation. When it is operated intensively
with heavy loads, at high speeds, in harsh environments and perhaps in shift work, the table may need to be enlarged and
HD-equipped.
HD-execution should be used when the number of lift cycles exceeds 10,000 per year or if the lift is in continuous use for more than 10
times per hour. This design features ball-bearing wheels, HD shafts, grease nipples in all joints and drainage of cylinders to the tank.

Pit Drawing for lift tables
When a lift table is installed in a pit, the pit should be
constructed according to the diagram on the right.
W = Platform width.
L = Platform length.
H = Lift table closed height.
The pit’s ballast material must at least meet the concrete
classification C12/15.

When the lift table is in an outdoor environment, where
possible the power pack should be located in an indoor
environment or be in a covered area.
The pit drawing is not designed for low profile lift tables.

Mechanical stop
Used to fix and remove load from the table when
it is driven over in the bottom position and when
adjusting the height to meet roller belts. Adjustable
+/-40 mm. Some tables require extension of the
platform.
Horizontal double scissors require two sets.

Mechanical locks
Lift tables located in the floor plan can be
mechanically locked with hydraulic locking
devices coming out from the platform which
locks it so that heavy loads could run over
the platform.

Roller conveyors
Roller conveyors are widely used in various
production systems between locations.
When calculating roller conveyors, the length
and weight of the products must be stated.
Also at which height the table must be to
load and unload the roller conveyor.

Truck handling chassis
The chassis makes it easy to move the lifting table and
is ergonomically good as the operator has space under
the table for his feet. The Truck chassis provides access
to both the short and long sides for outriggers on
stackers or outrigger trucks.

has an inductive sensor to avoid trapping risks.
The turntable has safety spacing and is electrically

Reinforced platform
A reinforced platform provides extra support
to the lift table when it is driven over by fork
lift trucks, preventing deformation. Mechanical
stops in the base frame are also included.

The railing and gate height is 1100 mm with a 150 mm high toe kick-plate fitted

Protective skirts and wire mesh
Protective skirts increase safety and protect the lift table from dust, dirt and debris in
exposed environments. The skirts can be fitted around the entire table or just on either
