Description
House Tamila is a very old, converted farmhouse near the village of Ghasri. It is in very rural area, surrounded by
fields and some more farmhouses. The house enjoys fantastic views over the countryside.
On the ground floor of the house are the 2 bedrooms. One small bedroom is furnished with two single beds and has
no windows, it can only be used with open doors to allow fresh air. There is another double bedrooms with en-suite
bathroom and a separate bathroom. From here you have access to a courtyard with rustic stone table and chairs
and a BBQ. From here outside stairs lead up to the first floor, where the living area is located. There are sofas and
coffee table and TV, furthermore a kitchen and dining area. A terrace surrounds the first floor, allowing a nice view
over the country side. The furnishing and the equipment is typical but very basic.
The highlight of the house is the pool area what can be reached over a small path, 20 m from the house, through
an olive cove. The pool has a size of 10 x 5 m and is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas.
From here you have a fantastic view over the countryside. There is no direct neighbors and the pool area is quiet
and private.
A car is essential, Ghasri is a very small village and does not offer any restaurants and shops. Victoria is about 3 km
and the coastal town of Marsalforn about 5 km.
