FACE - Butterfly Valves
Face designs and builds a wide range of standard and customized valves to suit
customer needs. Specializing in Butterfly Valves, Face also offers square or rectangular
valves. Guillotine Dampers and Multi-Louver Dampers are available and valves are
manufactured to sizes of up to 144” with temperatures of up to 2,000 Deg. F and
pressures up to 2,500 psi.
LOWE VALVE - VCI F200K - Metal Seated quarter turn valves
Manufactured in North America the Lowe Valve was a patented valve product. This
design offers a unique quarter turn rotary wedge action, metal–to-metal seated valve
which provides bubble tight shut-off performance. Features such as non-lubricated,
low torque, quarter turn operation, multiple wear compensation adjustments, back
seating and economical quarter turn actuator compatibility are an integral part of
this valve. The Lowe Valve is a highly competitive and proven high pressure, high
temperature valve to +1,000 Deg. F. Available in Forged Carbon Steel and Stainless
Steel construction with Threaded, Socket-Weld, Butt-Weld or Flanged Ends to ANSI
class 900 # and to sizes of 2”. VCI-F200K Metal seated ball valve in ½” to 12” Class
150 & 300 # ANSI RF Flanged, Full ported, split body style with temperature to +600
Deg. F.

GVS brand named products are based on the most advanced technologies and are
used in all sectors from petro-chemical refining and processing to transportation and

GVS valves are designed, manufactured & tested according to API 6 D & CSA Z 245.15.
Our standard product design of series B1 & GB1 are of the Trunnion mounted, bolted
body type ball valves of Double Piston Effect (DIB) with our unique Protector/Scraper
double soft seat seal feature .
SCHUCK: WELDED BODY BALL VALVES
DELLA FOGLIA: LNG CRYOGENIC BALL VALVES
Schuck all welded body trunnion mounted ball valve designs are suitable for use
with various medias such as: Natural Gas, Acid Gas, Oil, Water etc. To serve
an established, demanding industry, Schuck provides variance in both their
ball valves designs and features. These fully welded body type ball valves are
designed and manufactured in a range of sizes from ½” to 60” and with operating
pressure capabilities of up to class 1500 # ANSI . Each valve is made to be
maintenance free through sealing and bearing technologies, low weight for ease
of installation and transport.
Cryogenic valves are available in Floating and Trunnion Mounted designed for
cryogenic applications, down to -196 Deg. C. These valves are equipped with
an extended bonnet to allow for vapor space between the body cavity and
stem seal, and specially engineered seals to ensure tightness throughout the
whole operating range. The design of Della Foglia Cryogenic Valves allow for
them to be manufactured in sizes from 1/2” to 60” and with pressure classes
150 to 2500 # ANSI in accordance with API 6D, ISO 17292, ASME B16.34,
and ASME VII.
Available are three advanced sealing systems for valves approved to operate
within the temperature range of -60 Deg. C to +200 Deg. C.

SCHUCK: NOZZEL CHECK VALVE
DELLA FOGLIA: METAL SEATED BALL VALVES
Most commonly used with gas applications, Nozzel (Jet Control) Check Valves
are used to stop a return of flow. Schuck’s design enables it to self-adjust itself
to the flow speed allowing for an abundance of added benefits such as: trouble
free and low-wear operation, low noise emission and avoidance of foreign debris
deposits in the valve. For added safety and security, Schuck’s check valves use
a sealing system of primarily metal-to-metal and secondarily soft seated. These
valves can be mounted both horizontally and vertically and can have different
trims and lengths. Available 1” to 48” sizes and in ANSI Class 150 to 2500 # ANSI.
Metal Seated Valves are typically used in applications with abrasive/corrosive
materials or exposure to very high temperatures. Della Foglia manufactures
metal seated valves in both Trunnion Mounted and Floating Ball designs in
sizes from ½” to 60”and pressure ranges from classes 150 to 2500 # ANSI.
This high quality product is designed in accordance with ASME VIII or ASME
B16.34 and is manufactured and tested to the standards of: API 6D, ISO
15848, and API 598.

DELLA FOGLIA: OFFSHORE PLATFORM DOUBLE BALL VALVES
& SUB SEA BALL VALVES
Available in fully welded construction and from 1” to 48” sizes and up to ANSI
class 1500 # ratings. The Schuck patented annular gap feature does not allow
for the possibility of the danger for Carbonisation or burn off which a “point-type”
design may cause to occur. Integrated OTB tested, patent annular breakdown
voltage (Patent No. 389367)
Double Ball Valves are available in Floating and Trunnion Mounted with
options in body construction such as: one-piece forged body side entry
(cartridge type), bolted body, and fully welded body. A center bleed port
between the valves allows for valve performance testing and provides a
“double block & bleed” feature with maximum safety. Standard features and
options include designs in accordance with API 6D, ISO 17292 and ASME
B16.34, sizes from ½” to 36”, ANSI classes 150 to 2500 #, anti-blow-out
stem and antistatic design. Available in many exotic alloys.
Temperature range: -45 Deg. C to +150 Deg. C.
