a signed booking form is required to secure.
• Provisional enquiries will automatically be
cancelled after 14 days.
• All deposits are non-refundable and nontransferrable.
• Balance and full payment is required no later than

no refund for the full payment under any
circumstances.
• Monies paid for non-arrivals or cancellations are
forfeited. They are non-transferable and cannot
be offset against the bill.
• The hotel reserves the right to charge the
organiser, company or individual for any damage
caused by unreasonable behaviour.
• The Management reserves the right to refuse

date will be offered or a full refund of any
