Dear Dream Members,
This is going to be such an awesome month! Mary Kay is
launching some incredible new programs and changes to make
our lives easier. Add in our new products, and this is going to be
one for the record books! All changes take some adjustments, so
I encourage you to focus on the basics and work your business
full circle while incorporating all these great new programs. For
example, this is a great time to book classes to try the new
products (like our TimeWise Repair Revealing Radiance Facial
Peel). Mary Kay's My Customers App makes orders easier.
Those orders lead to great sales, being a star, and earning one
of Mary Kay's fabulous bracelets. If you go the next step and
book interviews from those same classes, you'll also be on your
way to being one of the Class of 2017. When focusing on the fullcircle basics, you can never go wrong and will build a strong
foundation for your business and your future unit.
With all the wonderful updates Mary Kay is making, sometimes
we get distracted by the digital world. Emails, texts, even Intouch,
make our lives easier, but can also distract us from what makes
this company great: personal relationships. Texting or emailing
our customers is a great way to take reorders, but what makes us
a specialized Mary Kay Beauty Consultant is our personal
relationship with our customers. Caring enough to truly listen for
her beauty needs at classes and then trying to meet those needs
will make you stand out and build a life-long relationship. Asking
her what she wants to earn for free or listening for the reasons
why she might be interested in becoming a Mary Kay Consultant
herself will help you offer the best service possible as a hostess
or new team member. By listening more than we speak, we stand
out from the crowd and form powerful connections. Just think
about it- when is the last time someone listened without judgment,
trying to jump in, or interrupting? Makes an impact, doesn't it? By
listening fully, when she asks for solutions we can offer those fully
because we've shown how much we care and trust is formed.
I'm so grateful to have an amazing unit full of women I love and
trust. We have been offered such a wonderful, supportive
environment in Mary Kay. I love sharing the opportunity with the
women I meet. In a world that is full of uncertainty, we have a
support system that is encouraging, uplifting and where we can
be our best selves. I hope now that the kids are back to school
we'll see all of you at meetings! It's the best place to learn and
grow your business. This is the year to make every dream you
have come true- even the ones you've been afraid to share out
loud. I know you can accomplish any dream you are willing to do
the work to achieve. Let's make this our most awesome month
yet!
