Description
This beautiful 2 bedroom villa is located in the popular resort of Pernera. As you enter the villa you will soon notice
how large and spacious the living areas are. A fully equipped kitchen provides everything you should need for
preparing a meal at "home". The open plan living area provide ample space to relax and enjoy the satellite TV - of
course free Wi-Fi is supplied for those techies.
All bedrooms have air-con supplied as standard (fair usage policy) and feature large wooden beds for your comfort.
Each bedroom has sufficient storage for your belonging and a safe is supplied for your personal and high value
items.
As well as a shower room downstairs, there is also a large bathroom with a shower upstairs, making it easy for you
all to get ready for a night out.
Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and fly screens and have a door leading onto the upstairs balcony which seats 2
persons.
You are close to many major hotels whose swimming pools you can use, actually, forget the pool, the beach is just
a 5 minute walk, how perfect is that??!!
NOTE: Maximum occupancy is 5 as we can allow room for an infant (under 2 years) in a cot (extra €30 per week)

The owner requests that only mixed groups of over 21's are permitted to book Villa Jeniva. The prices shown are
subject to change at anytime before booking. The weekly rates are inclusive of any booking fee's. We do request
that you also pay a non-refundable damage waiver of just €40 which covers you for any accidental damage up to
the value of €400.
LONG TERM WINTER LET
This property is available to rent long term over winter (Nov - Mar). The price is just €365 per month plus utilities.
