Dear Friends,
We invite you to join us for our
2013-2014 season to experience
the joy and thrill of Opera
and Broadway, up close and
personal, as we present world
class artists in intimate spaces!
Begin by celebrating the 200th birthday of one of
opera’s greatest composers, Giuseppe Verdi, as we
present scenes from some of his most passionate
and dramatic operas in Viva Verdi!
Also, enjoy Broadway and Beyond, a recital
featuring arias, songs and duets with veterans of
Broadway and Opera.
You will be transported next to the French Quarter
of Paris for a 90-minute version of Puccini’s most
popular opera in La Vie de Bohème, featuring
LOV’s sensational Children’s Chorus.
Our season culminates with the area premiere of
Terrence McNally’s award-winning Broadway play,
Master Class, based on the life of one of opera’s
most celebrated divas – Maria Callas – and her
historic Masterclasses of the 1970s at New York
City’s famed Juilliard School of Music.
Subscribe now and receive tickets to all four
programs for just $100 (25% off the regular box
office price). Enjoy premium seating and liberal
performance exchanges. We look forward to having
you in our audiences as we continue to enrich our
