Before Beginning Installation
•
Read through instructions prior to assembly.
•
A minimum of 2 people are required to perform this installation.
•
You will need a 3’ or longer level. Leveling the table throughout the installation process is very
important.
•
These instructions reflect typical assemblies; they may not match your specific configuration.
Tools Required For Assembly

End Base Installation – Column Base
1. Loosen (Do no remove) 5/16” stainless
cap screws attached to top plate of base.
2. Slide main beams into position with the
5/16” nut aligned to the slots of the main
beam.
3. Beams should overhang base:
a. 96 & 120” Tables: 4.5”
b. 144”-240” Tables: 9”
Note: Dimensions are approximate; Elevare
allows the basses to be positioned where
needed for floor core locations, etc.
4. Using 3/16” Allen wrench, tighten cap
screws to secure bases to main beams.
Center Base Installation – Column
1. For 168” and longer tables. Slide (2)
main beams together onto the cap
screws, positioning such that the (2)
main beams meet in the center of the
base. Using a 3/16” Allen wrench, tighten
caps Screws.

End Base Installation – Panel Base
1. Loosen (Do no remove) 5/16” stainless
cap screws attached to top plate of
base.
2. Slide main beams into position with the
clamp bar aligned to the slots of the
main beam.
3. Beams should overhang base:
a. 72” Tables: 4.5”
b. 84” Tables: 6.75”
c. 96”-240” Tables: 8.5”
Note: Dimensions are approximate; Elevare
allows the basses to be positioned where
needed for floor core locations, etc.
4. Using 1/4” Allen wrench, tighten cap
screws to secure bases to main beams.
Center Base Installation – Panel Base
1. For 168” and longer tables. Slide (2)
main beams together onto the clamp
bars, positioning such that the (2) main
beams meet in the center of the base.
Using a 1/4” Allen wrench, tighten caps
Screws.
Leveling – Panel Base
1. Place a level on the main beams to
ensure the base structure is level, side
to side and end to end. Adjust the glides
as necessary to level bases prior to
installing the top.

Installing top
1. Place top onto base and beam
structure. Center top using the “L” shape
marks on the under side of the top as a
guide. Pre-drill 5/32” x 3/4” deep holes
corresponding with the top attachment
brackets. Attach the base and beam
structure to the top using the olive
colored #12 x 7/8” wood screw provided.
Height Adjustable Table
1. Reference wiring diagrams at end of
installation directions. When wiring up
bases.
2. After bases are wired up attach control
box to underside of top between bases
and beams, using the black #10 x 5/8”
wood screw provided. Make sure there
is no tension on any of the wires.
3. Attach the desk panel switch to the
underside of the table in the route at one
of the narrow ends of the table, using
the black #6 x 5/8” wood screw.
Beam End Cap
1. To install beam cap, align all four
holes with bosses in beams and
press in the ribbed rivets.
