Pokrovsky Hills
Pokrovsky Hills is a residential community located
within minutes of downtown Moscow, composed of
three segments - each a clustered town home layout
situated along tree-lined streets. The majority of
tenants are international corporations and members
of the foreign diplomatic corps. Hines Interests donated
land at Povrovsky Hills for the Anglo-American School
campus, which is supported by the embassies of
the United States, Canada and United Kingdom and
about a quarter of the school’s 1,000 pupils live at the
development with their families. The design provides
a children’s activity center, neighborhood retail, two
playground areas, a community hall and park, and
public open space centered on a lake accented by three
waterfalls.
