Goal - ULTIMAGOAL is the ultimate soccer training goal - Every coach, team, player in the world needs
a small training goal. ULTIMAGOAL transforms into a four foot wide x four foot high (Large Goal Mode)
goal or a three foot high x four foot wide (Small Goal Mode) goal. The goal modes are perfect for small

Coaches challenge their players to strike the ball past the goalie through a regulation goal and into the
ULTIMAGOAL's, utilizing the ULTIMAGOAL's as inside the goal corner targets.
Obstacle - ULTIMAGOAL is the ultimate obstacle - Forget the cone, train against or around a four foot
x four foot wide free standing obstacle - real game player defender. ULTIMAGOAL stands like a defender.
Players can test their ball skills by practicing passing/shooting into, chipping over, through or around
ULTIMAGOAL. Another advantage for Coaches is the ULTIMAGOAL DEFENDER. Coaches now use
ULTIMAGOAL as on field defenders. Coaches place ULTIMAGOAL's at the top of the goal box and then
strategize their offensive attacks through the ULTIMAGOAL defenders. Once the offense properly
executes the offensive strategy, the Coach will add live defenders creating real game like scenarios.
Wall of Players - ULTIMAGOAL is the ultimate wall of players - Use one ULTIMAGOAL as a three man
wall obstacle, for your shot marksman to strike the ball around and over. ULTIMAGOAL can self stand
over five feet tall and with its four foot width, it becomes a perfect three man wall obstacle. Place two
ULTIMAGOAL's together and you have an eight foot wide wall of players.
Stackable - ULTIMAGOAL is the ultimate multi-angled rebounder. Once you stack and attach one
ULTIMAGOAL on to another ULTIMAGOAL. You have an eight foot tall x four foot wide rebounding
trainer. This size trainer will take a rebound and keep on training. Now you can have a tall multiple
angled rebounder, which stands up to almost any sporting challenge.

CAUTION
This product was inspected before it left the warehouse and is warranted to be of good workmanship.
The materials used on this product are subject to deterioration from the natural aging process, improper
care and damage due to vandalism. This product should be inspected for broken springs, broken bolts,
sharp edges on the steel frames or any other apparent weakness or flaw before every use.
ULTIMAGOAL may only be used under Adult Supervision. This is high intensity sports equipment-not
a toy! To avoid risk of injury to small children, it should not be played with or where small children
can reach it.
ULTIMAGOAL is not to be used for human contact, acrobatics, flipping or flying stunts.
We cannot and do not guarantee freedom of injury from the use of our products. The user must
assume all risk of injury due to use.
There are no warranties, which extend beyond the description on the face hereof, and the
merchantability of this product is subject to deterioration.

WARNING: SAFETY FIRST
ULTIMAGOAL ® – All ULTIMAGOAL Frames must have at all times the steel springs
attached to the Frames facing inside or down when ULTIMAGOAL is assembled in
any of its modes. * See All Safety Warnings on Page 25 *
Never leave ULTIMAGOAL® equipment lying flat, with the Bolts inserted through
Frame Holes sticking up or out, with no Black Ball Nuts attached.
ULTIMAGOAL ® is only to be used for rebounding a Ball or as a Goal; it is never to be
used as safety netting, cage, trampoline or any other purpose other than its intended
use.
ULTIMAGOAL ® must always be assembled in one of its MODES for SAFETY
purposes and always store in a safe place when in Portable Mode.
Please read IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS at the end of this manual.

First, empty all contents of the ULTIMAGOAL box. ULTIMAGOAL Parts included are four rebound target nets,
(1) bag of (80) eighty springs, (10) ten bolts and (10) black ball screw on nuts, (16) sixteen angled frame
sections, (2) two double bars (Back-Passer Bar).

Note: For ease of breakdown beyond portable mode, we recommend using a safe lubricant or grease on each
sleeve.

* Begin your ULTIMAGOAL Set-up with the Back-Passer Bar to familiarize yourself with the sleeve-spring and
slot assembly.
* ULTIMAGOAL Back-Passer Bar Assembly: The ULTIMAGOAL Back-Passer Bar is made up of two Double
Bar Sections A & B. * Note: make sure welded gap washer on ends of Double Bar Section A & B are facing up
and on the same side up. First, simply slide Double Bar Section A into Double Bar Section B. The Back-Passer
Bar is now properly assembled.

* ULTIMAGOAL Frame Assembly: Once all angled frame sections are with there according number and all
spring insert grooves are up and on the same side of each frame, you can begin to join the frame sections
together.

assembly. Use a Measuring-Tape or Inch-Ruler to verify each Frames proper Setup
( BH = Bolt Hole ), ( S = Seam ), ( 1” = Inch US )

Note: All ULTIMAGOAL Frames should have spring slots on same side up as shown in above pic.
* ULTIMAGOAL Netting Assembly: stretch each of the four nets out before assembly and form each net to
its adjoining frame. All (4) four nets are a precise size and specifically for that adjoining frame. Once, each net
is set in its adjoining frame, assemble two insert springs in each corner of the frame and netting (Example:
shown in above left pic). Inserting two springs in one corner of the frame and then across to the diagonal
corner of the frame and around (Note: always make sure the springs loop is fully surrounding the net edge and
red border rope). Now that each of the nets are attached at the corners of the frames, the remaining springs
maybe attached.

* ULTIMAGOAL Tie Straps (Pic 1 – 2): There are eighty (80) Tie Straps included. Each Tie Strap is to
be strapped to each Steel Spring and Red Border Rope. Every Tie Strap ties together each spring to the
Red Border of the net.

* ULTIMAGOAL Tie Straps (Pic 3 – 4): Once each Tie Strap is assembled it is necessary to clip the
excess Tie Straps end piece.

> SIMPLE STEPS TO GETTING STARTED
Follow the easy Set-Up steps below and you’re in the GAME with ULTIMAGOAL ®
A
ssembling ULTIMAGOAL is effortless. ULTIMAGOAL is made up of four white tubular frames and a
Back-Passer Bar. Two of the four frames are the side rebounding frames (trapezoid shape). The
additional two frames are rectangular rebounding planes and along with the Back Passer Bar are
versatile and vital to all of the ULTIMAGOAL transformations.

STEP ONE
Step One: Place the four ULTIMAGOAL Frames flat on the ground surface.

STEP TWO
* IMPORTANT NOTE: Two (2) of the ten (10) Bolts are longer than the remaining eight (8) short
Bolts. The two longer Bolts are for the Back-Passer Bar. Set the two longer bolts aside while
assembling the ULTIMAGOAL Frames with the eight (8) short Bolts.
Step Two: (2A) Stand the Small Rectangular Frame (Caution: springs must be on inside of ULTIMAGOAL)
perpendicular to the Side Frame with the springs on inside of ULTIMAGOAL.
Step Two: (2B) Insert the two Bolts through the insert holes of both Frames (top insert hole and bottom
insert hole). * Note: Bolt head always inserts on outside and Black Ball Nut on the inside of ULTIMAGOAL when
in any mode.
Step Two: (2C) Screw the Black Ball Nuts onto the Bolts.
Step Two: (2D) Tighten the Black Ball Nuts until the Frames are flush.
* WARNING: Always have the Frames spring attachments on the inside of the ULTIMAGOAL. *

STEP THREE
Step Three: Place the second Side Frame on the opposite end of the Small Rectangular Frame (Caution:
springs must be on inside of ULTIMAGOAL). Attach the two Bolts and Black Ball Screws.
WARNING: Always have the Frames spring attachments on the inside of the ULTIMAGOAL.
CAUTION: For SAFETY PURPOSES – When ULTIMAGOAL is not in use, always have disassembled into
Portable Mode and store in a safe place.

STEP FOUR
ULTIMAGOAL set-up complete (Large Goal Mode shown in above pic). From this position you can transform
ULTIMAGOAL into your ultimate rebounder, trainer or Small Goal Mode. For more transformations, check out
our Training Modes in the next section of the ULTIMAGOAL Manual. The next step (Step Five), explains the
Back-Passer Bar set-up.

STEP FIVE
The following explains the Back-Passer Bars proper set-up (Shown in above left pic). Attaching the Back-Passer
Bar is effortless with the Bolt and Black Ball Nut application (* Note: two of the ten Bolts are longer and
specifically for the Back-Passer Bar application). The Back-Passer Bar has a specific downward angle for a
precise passing function. The proper connection of the Back-Passer Bar has the gap washer between the BackPasser top tube and the Side Frame (Shown in above right pic).

cardiovascular conditioning, proper muscle structure and agility.
The ULTIMAGOAL ® TRAINING SYSTEM © was perfected for Players / Goalies and Coaches to fully utilize
practice time and instill an efficient system of ball skill training into practice sessions or any field of play.
The ULTIMAGOAL ® TRAINING SYSTEM © utilizes ULTIMAGOAL’s multiple precisely angled planes to
repetitively rebound the ball in various directions and along the ground surface, developing a trainees ball
skills with real game ball action.
The ULTIMAGOAL ® TRAINING SYSTEM © utilizes the ULTIMAGOAL Goal Modes to rapidly develop onfield game play in a small game environment enhancing team ball touch, timing, agility and conditioning.

SMALL GOAL MODE ©
SMALL GOAL GAME PLAY
An extremely important roll in the development of every soccer players training is playing the game and
knowing how to flow with the play of the soccer ball. By breaking the soccer game down to a smaller
field of play and decreasing the number of players in each game, (example - any number of players from
3 v 3 or 5 v 5), generates a more rapid development of a soccer players game skills. The lesser number
of players and the smaller the field of play creates more opportunity for each soccer player to touch the
soccer ball multiple times and practice game play technique with more repetition. Therefore, increasing a
soccer players game play progression and ball touch development. Offensively, Small Goal Game Play is
necessary for training a soccer player’s low ball scoring skills. The most difficult area for a Goalie to stop
an incoming shot is in the right and left low corners of an official size soccer goal. Hence, the practice of
Small Goal Game Play, establishing a low target for Trainees to aim for and practice low shooting
accuracy during game play.

LARGE GOAL MODE ©
LARGE GOAL GAME PLAY
The LARGE GOAL MODE is for game play at a higher level with additional on field players. Also, Large
Goal Game Play is an extremely important roll in the development of every soccer players training. By
breaking the soccer game down to a smaller field of play and decreasing the number of players in each
game, (example - any number of players from 4 v 4 to 6 v 6), generates a more rapid development of a
soccer players game skills. The lesser number of players and the smaller the field of play creates more
opportunity for each soccer player to touch the soccer ball multiple times and practice game play
technique with more repetition. Therefore, increasing a soccer players game play progression and ball
touch development.
Offensively, Large Goal Game Play is necessary for training a soccer player’s overall ball scoring skills.
The most difficult area for a Goalie to stop an incoming shot is in the right and left low or high corners of
an official size soccer goal. Hence, the practice of Large Goal Game Play. Establishing a target for
Trainees to aim for and practice goal shooting accuracy during game play.

The next three modes are the ULTIMAGOAL REBOUND TRAINING MODES. To be successful at
these training modes a Soccer Trainee wants to concentrate on technique, accuracy and ball control.
While focusing on these basics the Trainee wants to touch and strike the ball with great repetition.
Through ball skill repetition the body and mind gradually develop the Trainees to ULTIMATELY MASTER
striking the soccer ball with accuracy, control the soccer ball at any angle and distribute the soccer
ball with precise perfection.
The following Training Modes focus on the basics of proper ball skills, which must be mastered to
conquer the sport of Soccer.

In this CONTROL / SHOOT MODE of Training, ULTIMAGOAL has two different angled rebounding planes for

speed, accuracy and agility of a soccer player’s shooting proficiency. By following the ULTIMAGOAL Step-Back
Method ©, trainees rapidly develop their shooting accuracy, technique and striking power. The fast
development process begins at a short distance and as accuracy progresses the player steps back, ultimately
enhancing their strike or shot on goal to perfection from the farthest of distances.

The opposite side (player on left in Multiple Player Training pic) of ULTIMAGOAL has a precisely angled
rebounding plane for training a soccer player’s high ball control skills. The Trainee utilizing this rebounding
plane enhances their air ball control and trapping ability on their thigh, chest and foot. Training for heading a
soccer ball is also utilized in this mode. The soccer skills mentioned are extremely important for control of the
soccer ball and all need to be perfected through repetitious rebounding of the soccer ball at different angles,
using various training techniques.

MULTIPLE TRAINING TRANSFORMATIONS FOR MULTIPLE PLAYERS
The PASS / CONDITION MODE has ULTIMAGOAL transform into a different position, creating two additional
rebounding surfaces. One rebounding plane (right) is for a soccer player’s practice controlling difficult ground
balls bouncing along the ground surface and used as a cardiovascular conditioning workout for proper ball
touch timing and muscle development. This rebounding plane (right) is also great for shot training. The
opposite rebounding plane (left) is a Back Passer, which develops a soccer player’s ability to pass the ball
smoothly and accurately along a playing surface.

READ AND FOLLOW ALL ULTIMAGOAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION
1. To reduce risk of injury: ULTIMAGOAL ® must always be in one of its modes (including Portable
Mode), with all straps and cords strapped and bound.
2. To reduce risk of injury: When transforming ULTIMAGOAL ® always point or face the insert steel
springs on the inside of ULTIMAGOAL, no matter what Mode your in. WARNING - never place this
equipment with the insert steel springs pointing up or out in a dangerous position. Risk of injury
is possible on the tip of the insert steel springs loop.
3. To reduce risk of injury: When in Portable Mode place ULTIMAGOAL ® in a secure safe place, do
not leave this equipment laying flat with any sharp parts sticking up or out.
4. To reduce risk of injury: Do not use ULTIMAGOAL ® for other than its intended use or purpose.
5. To reduce risk of injury: Do not sit, stand, lean or put any kind of stress on ULTIMAGOAL ® or
any part of the ULTIMAGOAL ® equipment.
6. To reduce risk of injury: Do not kick, shoot or strike a soccer ball into or at ULTIMAGOAL ® when
assembling or breaking it down into Portable Mode.
7. ULTIMAGOAL ® is equipped with insert steel springs. If a springs tip is protruding on the outside
of ULTIMAGOAL. Replace the entire spring immediately.
8. ULTIMAGOAL ® is not to be used if any steel spring is damaged or not in its proper place.
9. This is high intensity sports equipment-not a toy! To avoid risk of injury to small children, it
should not be played with or where small children can reach it.
10. ULTIMAGOAL is not to be used for human contact, acrobatics, flipping or flying stunts.
11. When ULTIMAGOAL ® is not in use, fold up the equipment into its Portable Mode and secure in
an upright position.

The limited warranty set forth below is given by ULTIMAGOAL, Inc. with respect to product(s) purchased
and used in the United States and internationally.
ULTIMAGOAL, Inc. product(s), when delivered to you in new condition in original container, are
warranted against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 30-Days from receiving date.
This Limited Warranty covers all defects encountered in normal use of the product and does not apply in
the following case:
a) Loss or damage to the product is due to abuse; mishandling; alteration; accident; failure to
follow operating, maintenance or storage instructions; service performed by a party other
than an ULTIMAGOAL authorized service personnel; or any acts of God, including storm or
animal damage.
b) The product has had at its serial number(s) or dating altered or removed.
No implied warranty (or condition), including any implied warranty (or condition) of merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose, applies to the product after the applicable period of express warranty
stated above and no other express warranty or guaranty, except as mentioned above, given by any
person, firm, or corporation with respect to the product shall bind ULTIMAGOAL, Inc. (Some states or
provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may

ULTIMAGOAL, Inc. shall not be liable for loss of revenue or profit, failure to realize savings or other
benefits, or for any other special, incidental or consequential damages caused by the use, misuse or
inability to use the product regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based and even if
ULTIMAGOAL, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nor shall recovery of any kind
against ULTIMAGOAL, Inc. be greater in amount than the purchase price of the product sold by
ULTIMAGOAL, Inc. and causing the alleged damage.
Without limiting the foregoing, you assume all risk and liability for loss, damage or injury to you and your
property and to others and their property arising out of the use, misuse, or inability to use any product
