Cable Shear SZ60 and SZ100
Models SZ60 and SZ100 cable shears are designed for cutting fine-wire aluminium and copper cables in single strand or
multi-strand configurations. These cable shears are capable of cutting smoothly and cleanly without crushing the cables. Key
design features of the cutting tools include a forged cutting head, high-strength aluminium tube arms, adjustable screw
hinge and replaceable head. The telescope arms are made from anodised aluminium pipe with two-component grips. The
blade is made from hardened steel for maximum durability.
• For copper and aluminium cables, single and multiple wire - also with hard rubber or plastic sheath
• Also suitable for cables with iron sheath reinforcement
• Little handforce required for cutting due to optimum transmission ratio
• High cutting capacity due to two-hand operation and ratchet action
• The blade can be opened in any cutting position
• Handle length with multiple position adjustment from 400 - 600 mm
(short transport length, individual adaptation to working conditions

• Not suitable for steel wire and wire ropes
