NorthCape has been one of the leading residential furniture
manufacturers for 13 years, and is now bringing their expertise to
the commercial market. All of our contract furniture is made from
powder coated, commercial-grade aluminum. These frames pair
beautifully with durable, hand woven HDPE in a wide variety of colors
and patterns. To ensure that your product arrives quickly, NorthCape
offers five distribution points throughout the U.S. and Canada, as well
as domestically-made cushions in any of our premium Sunbrella®
and waterproof Sunbrella® Rain fabrics.

day out: scratches, acids, grease, hot cigarettes, rain and
heat from the sun. Table tops from Werzalit shrug it all off
without a trace. Our patented manufacturing process
makes table tops from Werzalit impervious to mechanical,
thermal and chemical effects. The coverings with décor
or material- based designs are pressed homogeneously
against the wood material to create a smooth, closed
surface that is easy to clean and satisfies the hygienic
requirements of the restaurant business. Werzalit table tops
may only be used on the Universal Table Base NC4313-DTB.

• NorthCape will begin using Tenara® thread exclusively at all
locations beginning 2013.
• Tenara® thread is chemically inert, and resistant to sunlight,
water, and bleach; also prevents growth of unwanted
bacteria and mold.
• The Gore® company has been making Tenara® thread in the
USA for over 20 years.
• Tenara® thread will not fail - they have never had to fill a
warranty claim on this thread.
• This thread is unaffected by up to 500° of heat, and tests prove that it will withstand over 100 years
of UV exposure.
• Tenara® thread doesn’t absorb water, so it will neither rot nor wick moisture inside the cushion.
• The Gore-tex® material from which this thread is made is a slippery, Teflon®-like fleuropolymer.
• As cushions endure years of use, threads rub against each other and abrade over time. Since
Tenara® thread is slippery, it doesn’t abrade and will not break down or wear out.
• NorthCape uses clear Tenara® thread on all of our cushions, so the threads will seamlessly blend in
with any color fabric.

Heavy cleaning for stubborn stains and mildew
Sunbrella fabric does not promote mildew growth, however, mildew may grow on dirt and other
foreign substances that are not removed from the fabric.
To clean mildew, or other stubborn stains:
• Prepare a solution of 8 ounces (1 cup) of bleach and 2 ounces (1/4 cup) of mild soap per gallon
of clean water.
• Spray on entire area and allow to soak into the fabric for 15 minutes.
• Remove stain with a sponge, clean towel or very soft bristle brush.
• Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue.
• Allow fabric to air dry.
• If stain and/or mildew are severe, bleach quantities may be increased.
